The new studio in Keramoti is located only 50meter from the beach and the Paralia beach bar. Next to the Bisaltae seaside suites . Next to the most famous beaches of Keramoti, centrally located, shops just a few steps away. It is suitable for two adults and one child and has a double bed and an armchair bed for a child, air conditioning, smart TV, kitchenette with all dishes, kettle, toaster, cooking stove.

Το διώροφο πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1890 αποκαταστάθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως μόλις πρόσφατα, βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Λιμένα, στις παρυφές της Ακρόπολης, σε απόσταση λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Λιμένα στο παλιό λιμάνι, κοντά στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της αρχαίας Θάσου, το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.
