Neat and spacious apartment. Very calm surroundings. Easy access to main road. The host was responsive, and very very helpful. All in all, the place was worth every penny.

Centrally located, this accommodation offers a comfortable and cozy stay, with the international airport, two railway stations, and the central bus depot all within a convenient 2km, easily walkable distance. Mr. Mesfin and his family provided exceptional hospitality, and their attentive, responsible service is particularly noteworthy. .

I had a great stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and matched the pictures. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for both solo travelers and families. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, quickly addressing any questions I had. The only minor downside was the lack of hot water, but the host was prompt in responding and trying to assist. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I’d definitely recommend it!

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.

Akanksha was very responsive. the house was very very clean. caretaker vinod was extremely helpful. when we asked for tea leaves (rather than tea bags), he gave away tea kept for his own use to us. thanks so much for that. very friendly and helpful. kitchen had enough things like milk, some small snakcs etc. very helpful. thank you. hot water was really hot! minimalist furniture, very tastefully done. overall a great place to stay in Mysore. if you've a car, it is very easy to go around all paces. we did not check availability of auto or uber in this location. there's a good lift, nice parking space.

Good place to stay

The stay was comfortable, the host I'd responsive and proactive. The place is well located, however the approach road is narrow but surroundings are nice. The overall stay was comfi and the place is nice and as shown in photos. It was a truly pet friendly place and that made the difference. It was totally great value for money.

The place was very clean and accessible, we were 4 people and the rooms and bed were comfortable to stay in. Has a working TV with OTT platforms, which was good enough for some leisure time. Definitely worth the price

Decorated in calming tones of white and blue with gold accents, it has the feel of a stylish hotel with the warmth of a home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the plush furniture to the fully equipped kitchen. The amenities were a huge bonus: a serene swimming pool for relaxing evenings and a well-maintained gym to keep up with workouts. What truly made my experience exceptional was the host—genuine, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Always available and truly went out of his way to ensure I had a seamless and memorable stay. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport.
