The Bower @ Kings Cottage

Studio accommodation, on the grounds of Kings Cottage. The Bower offers the traveller an airy, spacious, environment with intimate dining nook, heated bathroom/toilet, comfy sitting room with reverse cycle air-conditioning, complimented by a designer wood fired heater. The modern kitchen, ideal for self-catering. Access from within the garages via a coded keypad doorway for those who seek a secure environment. The Bower provides overflow accommodation for Kings Cottage for larger family groups.

orto_uralla is a shed conversion just for couples. Simple luxury…that soothes the soul. King bed, bath with a view, kitchenette, stunning floor to ceiling windows capturing sun and views, indoor wood fire and outdoor fire pit and your very own Bocce court. orto_uralla offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind. Please note: The shed is not suitable for children or infants The shed is close to our house but you will have complete privacy (except maybe from the chickens and kangaroos!)

Short Street Cottage is a renovated 3 bedroom home on a 300acre working farm in the picturesque village of Weabonga, in the foothills of the New England Tablelands. It provides a secluded and quiet stay for families or small groups of 6 to get away from it all in comfort and luxury. Beautifully furnished with restored and vintage furniture and a carefully curated selection of artwork and treasures. For the winter months there is a cosy wood burning heater and an outdoor fire pit .

With verandahs all round, stone walled garden beds, luxurious bath with valley views, deep leather lounges, gorgeous farmland all round and the peace and quiet of a beautiful New England setting, you probably won't want the Wifi, 65" TV etc. But it's there, anyway! Perfect for a family or two, or for a quiet getaway.

Unique solar house, Self contained Flat,Pet lovers

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Our fully self-contained studio Guest House cabin is set close to our main residence, on a manicured equine property in Moonbi. A short 20min drive to the heart of Tamworth! Barking Dog Gallery Bedsit

Barking Dog Gallery is opposite The Top Pub and New England Brewery on the main road in Uralla. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.

The "Reynella" Hut

"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.

With reverse cycle air conditioning and free Wifi. A beautiful 60-second walk to local cafes with regional produce, boutique shops, antiques, hotels, galleries and more. A fantastic place from which to explore the very special New England region and just a short scenic drive to Armidale.
