YOU'LL FEEL PAMPERED We've recently furnished this gorgeous home with new furniture & creative, international art. Large comfortable living rm with electric recliner, huge couch & 2-person bean bag! Two beds, each w/ their own bath! Less than 1 mile to downtown w/ fab restaurants, shops, wine bars & breweries. Not Child Friendly. Close to Hwy 101, SMART Train, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Corte Madera, Petaluma. Easy access to San Francisco & Wine Country! Two blks to historic trails for hiking.

Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

We love sharing our home in the beautiful hills of San Anselmo, just 1/2 mile up a gentle narrow winding road, easy to navigate with our simple directions! A fairly secluded feel, surrounded by trees w/views of distant hills w/very close/easy access to both wonderful towns of Fairfax & San Anselmo. (3-5 min drive/25-30 min walk to either). Deer Park & Marin Art & Garden are very close for weddings/events!

Beautiful Studio on lower level of our family home within walking distance to downtown San Rafael. Custom kitchen and bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.

KITCHEN AND BATH RENOVATION COMING IN APRIL! All bookings made after May 15 feature a brand new kitchen and large bathroom featuring a double vanity and tub. A lovely upgrade! This cottage is sweet, spacious, private, and in an incredible location. It is in a large, very safe, gated historic property with lovely gardens and a central lawn, ideally located in sunny Central Marin just 20 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and 45 min from wine country.
