Location is near a major shopping mall/Fred Meyer. Years ago, we suffered from today's apartment leasing system - requiring tenants to commit to year-long leases when they just got to a new city. We fell in love with long-term Airbnb, and today, we want to return the favor.

Our peaceful and lovely lakefront ADU apartment is 20 minutes away from SeaTac airport or 30 minutes from Seattle by car. It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

The total private tiny house, clean and cozy -located in my property next to my main house. Private bathroom, bedroom /queen size comfortable bed, living room, kitchen with electric cooking pan The tiny house has good size refrigerator and smart TV. Guests have access to gazebo with BBQ and fire place. From tiny house is easy access to public transportation: bus stops is across street and another 500 feet from home. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park.

Welcome to my home! This is a spacious guest suite with private entrance, bathroom, walk-in-closet, dining table set, sofa, refrigerator and microwave. Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

The cottage sits in the middle of a half acre of old growth cedar trees, viewed from each window. Work and/or play at your home away from home in peace and tranquility! (Sorry no pets, no smoking in or on the property.)

A stay here includes a private room in a 2 bedroom condo. It has a full sized bed and a smart tv. You will share a bathroom with my 8 year old son and I. During your stay you’ll have a dedicated parking space in easy view from your window. Guests are welcome to do laundry and and may use the kitchen to store food and prepare light meals.

*upgraded WiFi so speed should be good now! My place is close to the airport (9 miles) and the freeway(0.5 miles). We are located near downtown Seattle(21 miles) as well. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
