Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

3-BR lakefront cottage on Little Blue Lake. Soak your cares away in our 5-person hot tub while taking in the serenity of the lake. Large sliding doors offer great views of the lake. Glide around the lake in one of the kayaks we provide, enjoy lakeside fires, swim or fish off of the dock, large yard for games and activities. Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Carport keeps your vehicle protected. Just 30 minutes to Grand Rapids. ONLY DOGS ALLOWED- Max 2 dogs with pet fee.

It comes with a 22' pontoon boat (no license needed if over 30), 2 kayaks, private dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder (from May through October, weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a private, sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides complete privacy and direct access to nature.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.
