Come enjoy the serenity of our stylish, upscale & private place. Your Airbnb en-suite has been recently remodeled, and blocked off from the rest of the house. We’ve anticipated your needs for a pampered stay in the walk out level of our tree top house. Begin your stay with hot coffee or tea and home baked treats. Enjoy hot towels after a shower. The en-suite has a mini fridge and microwave. We have been Airbnb hosts for several years and many have come as strangers but have left as friends.

The Lake Lodge Estate is an amenity-rich, spacious 3600 sq ft property on a park-like acre steps away from Big Pine Island, a 223-acre all sports lake. 30 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. Perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon included in rental in summer June to August only. Fee outside of those months due to weather factors and it available on a daily basis of use. Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. YEAR AROUND HOT TUB. Pet friendly with fee.

Great location for Eastown & downtown visitors! Walking distance to restaurants, shops & nightlife. Near to hospitals & universities. *Free street parking* park here & take a 5-10 min Lyft downtown! Our space is clean, comfy, serene, quiet, laid back, funky, artsy & has good energy. Come see for yourself!

Studio above garage/hot tub-open/pool-open

This room is a loft above the far stall garage with access to a hot tub (open year-round) and heated pool & tiki bar (open in the summer). This is more of a summer stay due to the amenities that are available. But people still come in the winter because we drop the price and keep the hot tub available. Full disclosure, the walk from the room to the house/bathroom is not heated in the winter and it can be a long, cold walk for some people, so we try to make that very clear before you book.

Moody Room at Quarry House, Grand Rapids

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Relax in the moody, sensory-friendly space with a private television and mini fridge. It's a great place to work or study with the desk provided. You'll be close to the best places the West Side has to offer - walking distance to great breweries and restaurants. Or you can take the FREE Dash anywhere around town. All are welcome with access to nearby museums and concert venues. It's a home away from home!

Guests will be allowed access to their bedroom and bathroom, not common areas in the house. We welcome guests from all walks of life. Our home is nestled among trees and flowers on a 365 ft. waterfront of an all-sports lake. It has a country feel with city conveniences. NOTE: There is NO AIR-CONDITIONING in this room--just a fan.
