Location is everything, and this bay view home is the perfect retreat for a family vacation. From the front of the house you can watch the sunrise over the bay as the Lewes Ferry passes or dolphins frolic and from the back decks you can enjoy the sunset overlooking the Prime Hook nature preserve. To the south you can see the Lewes windmill. Miles of secluded beach is steps from your front door. It is a very quiet location yet only 10 mins from Milton, 15 mins to Lewes, and 25 mins to Rehoboth.

Squatting Dog Ranch

My sister said you should make this an Airbnb,! We are close to the Delaware beaches, 20 minutes to Lewes and 30 minutes to the Rehoboth Beach. We are close to Abbott’s Pond and also the Turf. The camper is in our backyard, which is very quiet and backs up to a farm . We have kayaks and bikes you are welcome to use.Along with a grill and a fire pit. We have dogs that will be in the fenced in area , you are welcome to bring your dog we just ask that you don’t leave them in the camper unattended.

Horse Haven

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

This renovated beach front home (with an EV Charger) sits on 3/4 of an acre and is as much about the indoors as it is about the outdoors. It boasts heated marble floors, towel warmers and LED mirrors with built-in defoggers in the bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 5 distinct outdoor spaces to suit the mood or the occasion. For the water sports enthusiast, there's plenty of room to launch your kayak, a day sailer or even a catamaran.

Charming 2 Bedroom Bayside Cottage. Stunning Sunrises from the deck with your morning coffee. Nestled along the Prime Hook beach this is a true getaway not to be missed. A short 10 minute drive to the nearby historic town of Milton home of the Dogfish Head Brewery, grocery stores and shoppes. Lewes and Rehobeth beaches are within a half hour drive. The private beach with firepit includes wood. Great way to wind down after a day of beach fun. There is a kayak for your padding pleasure.

Situated on the site of the Prestigious Sora Gun Club, this historic 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Baths light-filled home with magnificent great room has classical details and distinctive appointments. One of the 4 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath is in the 2 story guest house.

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

The Big Yellow House

Located in a Wildlife Preserve Area on the beach, The Big Yellow House has lots to offer--beachfront, spectacular views of the Marsh, wildlife--including heron, osprey, horseshoe crabs, bald eagles! House offers space for up to 10 family members--3 queen beds, plus one queen sofa, and one king daybed. Elevator for getting those groceries upstairs. Porches to help you enjoy sunrise, sunset, hot tub, wildlife observation, coffee, cocktail. You like fishing? This is the spot.

This little cabin like home is perfect, if your'e looking to escape from your everyday life. Its like being on a far away island but in southern Jersey. You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. A fishermans' dream!!! Dont forget your camera for the sunsets, bald eagles, indian artifacts and amazing porch views for the ultimate relaxation
