Our recently renovated Eurostyle studio has high quality designer furnishings, eclectic art, and a private deck. Soak in the hot tub or have a drink on the deck and take in the stunning views of San Francisco and the Bay. Prepare dinner in a well-appointed kitchenette and dine inside in front of a best-in-class Dimplex electric fireplace/heater. Relax and enjoy company or watch TV in all-leather living room furniture. Luxuriate in our natural wood platform bed with a Casper memory foam mattress.

Garden guesthouse next to ElCerrito BART&shopping

The house is only two blocks from the BART station, which is only 6 minutes away from UC Berkeley campus and half an hour from San Francisco. There’s also grocery stores, restaurants, coffee very close by in El Cerrito Plaza. This is a newly built, attached one bedroom in-law unit with private entrance in the quiet backyard. It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

La Casita

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Kensington Quarters is a stunningly remodeled guest apartment w/ new private deck retreat. Centrally located in coveted neighborhood in the Kensington/Berkeley Hills. Boutique hotel-like living room, bedroom, full kitchen, and full bath with walk in shower. Strolling (1/2 block) distance to Kensington Village. On central bus lines to downtown Berkeley (2 m) and San Francisco (11 m), 1.1 m from Bart station. Includes dedicated parking spot. Host is available for any needs or recommendations.

Berkeley Hills Hideaway

Modern, comfy, newly-rebuilt studio in the lower level of our Kensington home is a peaceful home base for exploring the Bay Area. Neighborhood is close to U.C. Berkeley, Tilden Park, Memorial Stadium and the Greek. It's an easy drive/ride to San Francisco and Oakland, and there's plenty to see and do close by. Village shops and a cafe are a (hilly) walk away, and larger stores are convenient to reach. Tennis, basketball courts and walking trail are down the street.

North Berkeley Hills Tranquil Writer's retreat

the Writer's Retreat is tranquil studio space nestled in the gardens of famous Landscape Architect Garrett Eckbo. Conveniently located 3-5 minutes Very close to UC Berkeley campus, Chez Pannise, Gourmet Ghetto, Downtown Berkeley and 1 mi. from Tilden Park 2,000+ acres. You’ll love my studio space because of the quiet, the gardens, including a new zen garden, the natural light, the neighborhood, and the coziness of in-floor radiant heat and a memory foam queen bed.

Lovely Studio Cottage

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. A dedicated washer/dryer is located across from the cottage. We are Superhosts committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable space for our guests.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Our little guesthouse is completely detached from the main house and offers a quiet, comfortable and private place for work and/or relaxation. Enjoy the garden with a large patio, Adirondack chairs, umbrellas and big dining table. On site parking. Your guest quarters are located inside the same structure as our private exercise space.
