Beautiful little home. Exactly what I needed for my short stay. Definitely book again when I’m back in this area.

The home is right on the lake and very comfy. We were there during the springtime and there was a huge blizzard, so it was very picturesque with all the snow. (Thanks to the owners for shoveling us out.) The spot has everything you need and was clean. A great location for exploring kenora.

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Storm Bay cottage. Mark and Faye are great hosts. Mark gave us easy driving instructions, met us on arrival and took the time to show us around. He was also easy to reach when we had a question. Everything about the place was great - the location (close to Kenora for supplies but also private), the house, the boathouse (it's spectacular!), the view, the fishing and especially the sunsets. It's so peaceful and quiet and the fishing was great. We came with a couple of boats but we even caught fish from the dock. When on shore we lacked for absolutely nothing. The kitchen was the best equipped we've ever seen. We didn't use the hot tub or the sauna but I enjoyed having the piano. We were a small group of 4 but there is plenty of room for a very large group on shore and on 2 nearby islands, King and Sunset. We've been coming to LOTW for 40 years and THIS WAS OUR BEST STAY. We can't wait to come back to our favorite place on our favorite lake.

Highly recommend this place! The loft is absolutely beautiful and so cozy. I didn’t expect to find a place this lovely in Kenora and will definitely be staying here again for future work trips! The hosts were responsive and friendly, and also flexible with a special request that came up on my end and they helped to make it work. Definitely stay here on your next trip to Kenora!

We were passing through Kenora for work and ended up staying two nights at Serena’s place! We enjoyed our evenings in the beauty that is the backyard, on the dock, and on the lake itself! Wish we were able to stay longer, thanks Serena for the great place to stay!

We stayed at the White Pine Airbnb honeymoon suite over the Easter long weekend and it was everything we needed — peaceful, serene, and beautifully cozy. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly relaxed with the breathtaking views of the lake,.The suite was spotless, best bed with wonderful view of the lake, so tastefully decorated, kitchen had everything needed from coffee to spices and wonderful bamboo hardwood floors. Surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and reconnect. Highly recommend for couples looking for a tranquil getaway!

Location next to marina and in town, but close to water was great. Everything is new and nice. Kitchen was basic, could have used a few more things and place settings (had to run dishwasher after every meal). Instructions for tv, dishwasher etc would be helpful. Washer/dryer was helpful. Perhaps outdoor space to clean fish would be appreciated. Overall a great place to stay and would do so if we come back to Red Lake.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Karen’s Airbnb. It was exactly what I needed during a stressful time. Everything was perfect! There was nothing missing, the place is beautifully decorated, and Karen thought of every detail to make the place more than comfortable. I was shocked at the size of the place (so spacious) when I walked in and when I looked around I immediately knew that it was going to help me de-stress and feel at home. The views of the lake are amazing and I loved that I could sit inside and look through the huge windows or sit outside as well. Karen made the process extremely easy from beginning until end. Although I never got to meet her, I could feel her warm friendliness through our brief conversations. I definitely want to come again in the near future.

Graeme’s place was the perfect location for all of our needs. We were welcomed by the neighbors and we. felt right at home. The screened porch was the perfect place to relax, play games, and watch the thunderstorms. Would stay there again!

If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy the view of the lake with the sound of the loons you are at the right cottage and bonus if the weather is nice in the month of September.

Quiet location. Very clean cabin. We rented both sides of the cabin and it is perfect for 2 families.

My family was the original owners of this property and my return was a much anticipated stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable although very sparsely furnished. Brandy and Dan were very attentive and even provided a boat for rental so that could go fishing. Would like to return for another stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Andy and Gail’s beautiful place on Lake Remi. We went there with two other couples for a skidoo getaway and were very pleased with our accommodations. The home was very well equipped and comfortable. We appreciated the pool table for the evenings and loved the well equipped kitchen for meals. It is located very close to the beautiful snowmobile trails and we loved the heated garage for our sleds. There was plenty of room to park our three trucks and snowmobile trailers. We would totally recommend this place for a great snowmobile getaway!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet at night. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice stay.We stayed the end of August/beginning of september. Don't forget to pack jackets because it may get a little chilly while fishing early/late hrs of the day. Caught pike, bass and small crayfish( that we released) from the dock using worms, minnows, weiners as bait. My family members were able to swim and kayak/conoe during the day. ( the water is 10 + feet deep) There was occassional boat traffic in the middle part of the lake which sent waves our direction that made me a little nervous) The house felt comfortable and was adequetly furnished and had good storage. Areas to improve: - I forgot to mention this to Joy because we brought out own, but in the shower there was no shampoo but only liquid hand soap. - One of the picture windows and the window in the dining room didn't have curtains so I covered them with sheets - Dishwasher didn't drain fully so we hand washed the dishes after the first load. Overall it was a good stay. Owner was very responsive and helpful

Very peaceful! Loved waking up to the view of the lake, enjoyed relaxing on the deck in front of the lake! Definitely would go back. Sheri was very friendly and very responsive to messages.
