The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

we stayed in this house years ago so we knew what to expect. again, it delivered! Coastline Vacation Rental was very well organized with reminders and easily reached by text. much more so than other rental companies. this was so appreciated. the kitchen well stocked for cooking and everything clean and ready to go. beds comfortable and we love the space for family to spread out or get together to play pingpong. highly recommend this property.

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew. He was extremely kind, thorough and exceptionally responsive and helpful. His home was beautiful and spacious, but still felt cozy and warm. Landscaping was immaculate and even though it is located in a neighborhood, it felt extremely private. Location was exceptional, Ogunquit is such a fun and beautiful little town and it was so nice to be able to walk to everything. Everyone in our party was wanting to come back and were all extremely satisfied. Thank you Andrew for taking such good care of us, we had the best weekend!

Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

Loved staying at Dustin's place. Easy going check in was a plus. The house was great, clean, easy to navigate. super hot water and great water pressure is always appreciated! The beach was so close, the arcade was walkable and or a quick bike ride. Having beach chairs available that I didn't have to pack up was a great add as well. We will definitely be back!-

The location was perfect. We selected the cottage because of the proximity to Hampton State Park Beach which was, as is described in the posting, only a few steps away. The cottage is also quite close to the boardwalk. It would be great for a group that wanted the best of both - quiet neighborhood and accessible to eating and entertainment. The cottage was clean and cozy, just right for our party of four, and had available many little items travers might need or left behind at home. Sharon was helpful and very responsive.

let me start out by saying this house is exactly as described and depicted on the website. plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 bigger kids. enough seating space, kitchen utensils, linens, towels. the game room was a big hit for the old and young boys. the moms lived the warm, cozy sunroof. the house has great windows with lots of light. it was spotlessly clean. a snowplow took care of the storm..plowing and shoveling several times..Judith was easy to work with. instructions , as well as things to do, were available in a binder. we had a great week and all hope to come back here.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

Stayed here for a guy weekend in Portsmouth, NH and the place was exactly what we wanted! Quick 15 min drive to downtown Portsmouth, with a few restaurants close by to the house for quick eats. The house itself was great for accommodating all 7 of us, it was very clean and although it is off the beaten path, was very easy to find. The pool table, ping-pong table, and fire pit out back was perfect for weekend, and could t have asked for much more. Zach was very responsive and clear with instructions on coming and going. Overall a great stay, one that we would rent again. Highly recommend for a larger group looking to check out the area!

Wonderful place to stay, absolutely immaculate and pristine.

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely dog-friendly house in Lebanon, Maine, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect retreat for both humans and our furry friends. The backyard was a highlight, providing plenty of space for our dogs to run around and play. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby walking trails and dog-friendly things to do in the area. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway with their pet!

We had a wonderful time in Wells! An absolutely beautiful home with every amenity! Sharon was responsive, kind, and flexible with our stay. We enjoyed cooking and watching the Super Bowl in the amazing home theater! Do not miss out on this fantastic listing!

This was such a wonderful property for my family -- beautiful and peaceful with lovely views. We loved spending our days out in the spacious yard, playing lawn games, sitting around the fire pit, and fishing, and eating all our meals out on the patio. We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and all accommodations were met and exceeded. We cooked dinner in the kitchen two of the nights we were there and found everything we needed very easily. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, yet felt extremely homey and welcoming! The fire pit and outdoor bar were an amazing benefit, the whole back/front yards and patios in general were amazing. It’s safe to say we truly enjoyed our time in this home and will be checking here first next time we come! Highly recommended stay!

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

My college girlfriends and I wanted to get away for the weekend to somewhere cozy and peaceful. This is exactly what we found at Genevieve's place! In the freezing cold of a Northeast winter, we found warmth and comfort in this home. All spaces were clean and stocked with essentials. The provided space heater was put to good use as the snow fell outside, creating a magical atmosphere. Speaking of magic - the quick walk to the beach was a DREAM in the snow. It felt like we were wandering through a winter wonderland, to be greeted by the vast ocean on the other end. Genevieve was super helpful and responsive to all our needs and some unforeseen winter surprises. Everything was managed efficiently and promptly. I look forward to returning again in the future!
