My home is located in a small town on a dirt road and very private. The rt 1 coast/ocean is about 25 minutes away and offers lighthouses, lobster and Maine hospitality. This guest room has a full size bed that is stacked with pillows and an antique quilt, dresser and closet space. The bathroom boasts of a shower as well as a claw foot bathtub should you wish to lay back and relax. There is a television, and an air conditioner in the warmer months as well as a ceiling fan as an alternative.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We offers 4 apartments to rent by the night, or week in the summer (Breakfast for additional fee). Long term September-May for the traveling professional (no breakfast). Each unit has 1-2 bedrooms, full kitchen and private bathroom. All situated on the norther head of Messalonskee Lake. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful farm. The cabin has a great connection to nature. It is a quiet, cozy and romantic place. The cabin has a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and a double bed in the loft. The couch also folds-out to double bed in the sitting room. When reserving the cabin, please register all people over 2 years old. The cabin does not have any heat, but we provide loads of comfy blankets and warm tea to make sure you are comfortable.

Freedom House Second Floor 3 Bedroom Apartment

This 3 bedroom apartment occupies the second floor of the Freedom House Bed & Breakfast main house. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, and one has a king size bed. The apartment has a comfortable living room with cable tv, and a fully equipped eat in kitchen. The bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower combination (and obviously a sink and toilet, lol!) *PLEASE BE AWARE THE STAIR CASE IS STEEP BY TODAYS STANDARDS AS THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1888.
