Welcome to Kenmore. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Kirkland, Lake Washington, Sammamish River and Burke Gillman Trail. You can ride your bike right onto the trail going towards Woodinville, or head west towards Seattle. Walk to Sammamish river and enjoy paddle boarding onto Lk Washington or Lake Sammamish. Very spacious 4 bedroom house, with a dedicated play area, air hockey, ping pong table, open concept with 2 decks overseeing Sammamish Valley!

I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook. Walk to Saint Edward state park, hike to Lake Washington, relax by the beach. Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

This cozy 3-bedroom home, beautifully designed and furnished for couples, groups, and families alike, is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within minutes from Main Street Bothell, McMenamins Anderson School House, and Woodinville Wine Country. Explore the PNW through nature trails and hikes, sit in a cafe, or enjoy a brew at one of the local hot spots. Downtown Seattle is a 25 minutes drive (traffic depending). We accommodate 6 people in beds plus provide a queen size air mattress.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
