West Ridings Studio in the Trossachs National Park

This delightful holiday studio in the Trossachs National Park is an ideal warm, cosy and comfortable base from which to explore the area. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Brig O'Turk, it is nestled between two beautiful lochs. From the double bed, guests can enjoy the nights sky through the velux windows. With so little light pollution, it’s amazing! There is a well equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining area with TV and a separate bathroom. Its a tranquil private space with good Wifi and a garden.

Tucked away in the heart of the city is Spey Courtyard, which is a bright modern fully equipped 1st floor apartment, newly renovated to high standard with a private entrance and free parking for one car in a private courtyard on the doorstep. My apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including a 50inch smart tv with Netflix, super fast unlimited broadband, wifi, coffee machine with coffee , tea, sugar and milk, Gas central heating with instant hot water and double glazing.

Small cozy self contained annex in a converted Steading circa 1720, minutes from Killin centre. King bed, bathroom with rain shower. Basic Galley kitchen, mini fridge, hot plates, microwave /oven/grill , kettle, toaster. Connecting these rooms is a small area for sitting/dining. It is not a room on its own but comfortable. Smart TV in bedroom. Private garden area with seating and BBQ. Happy to offer a drawer in our chest freezer in garage if needed. Hoover on request. Superfast Broadband

Struan House - central Pitlochry

Located in Pitlochry, a unique and quaint tourist town in Highland Perthshire, Struan House is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and the Pitlochry Festival Theatre. This one bedroom apartment is stylishly decorated and can sleep four; two in the double bedroom, two on the sofa bed. Many outdoor activities are available in the area include bungee, zip park, quad biking and rafting. There are also numerous walks and mountain biking trails so come and explore this beautiful area

The Hive in picturesque Killin

Holiday let in picturesque village of Killin near the head of Loch Tay. Plenty of outdoor activities, cycle, kayak and paddle board hire. Fishing, walks, Munros. Cafes and pubs. Easy parking. Free WiFi. Open plan area with 2 bed settees, kitchenette area includes 2 ring induction hob, mini counter-top oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle. No washing machine on premises but host can do service wash if available Bright separate double bedroom. Large shower room. Sorry no pets

Sanctuary by the sea.

Peace, peace, perfect peace, an absolute gem of a place with a big sea view next to Wemyss castle. Two bedroom, rustic flat overlooking the sea. Wood burning stove. Seconds from the beach. Coastal and woodland walks abound. Very quiet village with a lovely cafe, community pub and heritage centre. Due to its quiet nature there is abundant wildlife, seals, seabirds and deer. The Kingdom of Fife is an eclectic and friendly patchwork of life and land, with a huge heart at its core.

The Lodge, Heath Park

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park which was one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A car parking space is also adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with a new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.

Explore the beauty of Highland Perthshire and beyond from this two bedroom cottage flat perfectly located in the centre of Aberfeldy. All local amenities are within a 5 minute walk of the accommodation. Although centrally located the flat is in a peaceful area overlooking the tranquil waters of the Moness Burn. Aberfeldy definitely punches above its weight when it comes to activities, there’s something for everyone.
