Paul and Nancy are wonderful and perfect host. The location is right in the middle of the city but away from the noise and traffic. It is perfectly located. Fred Meyer, restaurants and gas station is right out from their place. The house is complete with all that you need. Paul furnished it with all the appliances, kitchen gadgets, even kitchen spices and toiletries. A big plus is he provided huge freezers and coolers to use. To wake up in the morning to see the river is such a joy. The place is a perfect fishing haven. They have maintained a very clean and beautiful place. I thank them for sharing their piece of paradise.

Miller's Landing is a great place if you want to stay by the ocean, just a bit out of town. We were in town for an event at the Sea Life Center and it was great! Only thing is to make sure you know the hot tub is shared and closes at 9pm (which can come quick under the midnight sun!). Great host, very clean, will recommend in the future.

Beautiful place, very clean and very comfy bed. Super sweet owners and very hospitable. Would be our first choice next time!

Don and Jan were very accommodating! The chalet was beautifully placed with wilderness at your front step and as far as you could see! We had wildflowers galore greeting our every look out the windows and on the porch! The accommodations were clean and lots of details were thought of to make you feel like you were in the comforts of your home. We couldn’t possibly say enough nice things about our chalet or the our new friends, Don and Jan!

Can’t say enough good things about this spot. Amazing communicative hosts and just the most peaceful place for fishing and relaxing. We will be back for sure!

Suzie's place was wonderful! Arrived in Seldovia for a couple days trip to bike around and explore. Her place was perfectly located within the historic boardwalk area with easy access to local roads and trails. The weather was pretty soggy for while we were there - we didn't mind! - but we very much appreciated Suzie offering us boardgames and an extra late check out to let us stay cozy while waiting for the ferry. We hope you have a great winter, Suzie, and thanks so much for hosting us <3

Scott & Esa are one of a kind hosts and their house is absolutely magical. Home sits on the big green lot surrounded by stunning mountains, water and clouds. Everything is the house is above and beyond. Everything is new, comfortable, clean and put together with the highest attention to detail. Chefs kitchen, knives, everything you can only ask for to cook is there. Comfortable beds, linens, brand new towels and a ample of space everywhere. It's easy to find it it. Hosts are like no other! kind, thoughtful, helpful. They left for us amazing home made muffins and gave us fresh eggs! they are truly one of a kind hosts. In all my years of renting homes ( 20+) I have never met such wonderful, big hearted family and stayed in the house that is as gorgeous, and special as it is. If you are considering Homer, don't think twice. This is a pure magic place and home of your dreams. Thanks you Scott and Esa for all the love! and plus - golf is just 50f away! its a plus :-)

Great location to Seward. Nice cabin with plenty of room. Hot tub and sauna close to cabin and saw Bear from the hot tub down in the creek.

Dawn and Keith are awesome hosts. We enjoyed having their place as a base for accessing Seward and Homer along with being on the Kenai. The home is very comfortable, great beds and shower, and they have everything needed for outfitting the gear for fishing, then vacuum processing, freezing or cooking the catch! The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and enjoying them. It was dry enough outside the first night to have a fire in the firepit in view of the river. Dawn, thanks so much for your help with locating fishing guides.

Jordin’s guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay! It was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. The location is easy to find and the view is amazing! I highly recommend!

We stayed a full week at Little Bear Den and loved every minute. It is such a cozy, peaceful spot. The amazing sauna with the glass windows overlooking the mountains was a special feature we didn’t even know about. Meg and Niko were really friendly and close by but gave us our privacy. Seward is a lovely spot with many delicious restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay at Little Bear if you are a nature lover!!

This was a fantastic place for my group of friends! Everything was extremely neat and well-organized, and we really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for things to do in Seward. The space was comfortable and welcoming—would absolutely stay here again!

My stay was perfect! Rebecca was lovely. The place was immaculate, spacious and very well appointed. The location is ideal—close to the airport, easy to find, and minutes from downtown. I was very much at home. It felt very private, looked out into the yard with flowering plants and a nice lawn bordered by trees. Seeing the train go by that evening was magical. I’ve found my home away from home when I’m in Anchorage! Thank you Rebecca!

lovely and cozy, the view is so nice

We loved the location of The Boardwalk Hotel although the weather did not cooperate (extremely windy) for us to be able to sit out and enjoy the patio and the view as much as we would’ve liked. We appreciated having the golf cart for a few hours in the evening to be able to check out the area. I was kind of surprised at the tip envelope for the cleaning ladies. We have never experienced that before since we pay a cleaning fee through Airbnb…. But of course, we then felt bad if we didn’t leave a tip. We loved the coffee and crêpes at the roasting company down the street as well as Jack and Avias for lunch! Our waitress was great! Super busy but still very friendly! Cute little town/ boardwalk.

Jen has a very nice setup. It has room to stretch out. Very new. Nice kitchen. We really enjoyed staying there. The other “bene”. Was the location. Very close to things in Homer.

This was a cute homie place to stay. A nice neighborhood to stay in as well. It’s close to stores and restaurants.

great quiet place to stay. very unique with it being an old recording studio. worked out perfectly for what I needed on this particular trip

Erin’s place was comfy and cozy for our 3 night visit to the Seward area. She was very responsive and friendly, checking in on us and providing all the amenities we needed. The property is beautiful and conveniently located.

Carl is a great host. I had one issue whilst staying at his property and he was very fair and helpful when it came to dealing with it. The place is spacious enough for what we required and close enough to everything.. restaurants, night life, hiking trails etc. Also, the airport is right around the corner.

Clean and fresh! I loved having the comfort of a recliner and an amazing TV in the living room. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were pristine. It was very tastefully decorated with a nod to Alaska.

Place was exactly like the pictures, beautiful home, very private and homey. Joy was very helpful and very responsive, definitely worth what I paid.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat outside the city, this is it. It’s really close to Flattop and other hiking trails, not far from restaurants, and in a quiet neighbourhood where you’ll feel at home. The house itself is next to the hosts main house, but it doesn’t feel odd it feels cozy and community like. The amenities and space are spectacular - the full kitchen, warm bedroom and bathtub are highlights. Would stay here over and over again. Thanks Wallace and family!
