Relaxing, peaceful, private, spacious, fully self-contained. "Sol y Vista" means "Sun & View" as this is a solar-passive, architect-designed dwelling with spectacular views over Bathurst and Blue Mountains. 5 minutes to famous Mt Panorama Race Track; less to Bathurst Golf Club. Set on a couple of acres in a semi-rural neighbourhood, only 4km to town. Slow-combustion wood fireplace as well as ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning. This comfortable, modern home is ideal for a family, couples or work groups. The house is conveniently situated close to the Bathurst CBD, being an easy 5 minute walk away. It is close to the Bathurst tennis centre (100m away), Adventure playground and Bathurst Base Hospital (200m away). The three comfortable bedrooms sleep 6 people. The home has a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen and ducted heating throughout the entire home.

It has a gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage (60m2) on 17 acres. Curl up in front of the combustion fire, take in the amazing views, wander around the property and find the creek, talk to the sheep and alpacas, listen to old time records or explore surrounding countryside.
