Winter time...you can bask in the glow of your fireplace or sit out and gaze at the stars in front of your outdoor fire pit! Spring/summer enjoy colorful gardens and meals picked out of your own backyard....you may cook, or allow me to prep a meal and serve you at your own bistro table. Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

Lakeview Cottage B (No cleaning fee)

Beautiful New Deck with 10’x10’ Gazebo! Spectacular views of Mount Konocti and Clearlake, the largest freshwater lake in California. Pet friendly Cottage (B) $15 pet cleaning fee paid in lock box. Watch out for killer hummingbirds , rangale of deer, speed-demon Quail, wild Turkeys. LOL IMPORTANT for Locals: message me the reason for your stay. Lots of problems with locals. (Parties, etc) 99% of guests are stopovers or vacation getaways. I Reserve the right to cancel questionable bookings.

From the moment you step into “Lakeview Dreamz”, you will be welcomed with the majestic view of the Clear Lake, Mt Konocti and the surrounding landscape from the front door, from the dining, through the large picture window in the living room, from the master bedroom and from the wrap-around deck. Unwind from daily hustles and watch a movie in theater setting (converted garage) with 100" projector screen. This LakeCounty getaway in Kelseyville Riviera is only 2-3 hours drive from bay area.

Beautiful country vineyard property!

Country main house set in the middle of vineyards. Our property is on seven acres, you’re surrounded by vineyard, olive and Walnut trees. Excellent getaway from the city with friends. The star gazing is amazing. We come up regularly between renters and are completely involved with the upkeep of the house and grounds. The house is just a short drive from Kelseyville and the town of Lakeport. Just minutes from the lake and area wineries. Walking distance to The Mercantile tasting room!

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Studio Cottage on Saffron Farm

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

Cozy Lake House - Kelseyville

Adventure awaits: Stay, play, relax, and getaway! Hike the mountain or bike the lake, then return for a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub. Relax on the deck with a BBQ and a game of corn hole. Pet friendly deck and small fenced area. Two different boat launches just two minutes away. The famous Konocti Harbor resort is nearby offering summer entertainment, a swimming pool, dual boat launch and EV charging. Just 10 minutes away, explore downtown Kelseyville.

Samadhi’s Birdhouse is a quiet retreat perched atop a tiny peninsula that juts out into the southern portion of Clear Lake reaching toward Mount Konocti [Mountain Woman in Pomo]. Beautiful new cottage with lots of light, swing, and gas fireplace. Large open space with private deck looking out at Mt St. Helena. In the evening, turn on the outdoor string lights and relax on the swing under the huge oak tree before sinking into the memory foam king size bed. In the morning there is pour over coffee and robes so you can sit outside and sip your coffee. Perfect place to stay for a while, or have a romantic weekend.

Artsy Cottage in the Woods

Welcome to Seven Arbor Cottage! Enjoy some peace and quiet among the trees while taking in a peek-a-boo view of Clearlake or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. My two story cottage is nestled in the Black Forest so there's plenty of privacy from neighbors and several interpretative hikes for wandering. Relax on the multi-level deck and stare at the sunrises and starry night skies or chill in the hammock that's surrounded by a bamboo garden.
