We decided to share our beloved ex-home with you, travellers! We've put a lot of love into this little place. Pretty lights, feeling just like home and unforgettable view. This is our lovely, quiet, always bright studio. Why we like it so much? Because of: • The excellent access to the public transport, only in 10 minutes from Kazinczy/Király Street / Gozsdu Garden or other citysights by metro or downtown trolleybus in 15 min. • Our top floor terrace with insane panorama, where the whole city is visible including the Buda Castle, Basilica, Heroes Square, Elisabeth Lookout, Buda hills. Each day a picturesque sunset is included with the view. This is a good place if you want to have an ice-cold "fröccs"! • The bright, well-equipped kitchen where you can find all the tools you need to cook something delicious. • Pretty lights in the afternoon (facing west) and a comfortable queen size bed with foam mattress. We provide fresh bedsheets. • The bathroom with bathtub, toiletries, hairdryer, washing machine and fresh towels. • The good and fast wifi (240 Mbit). • The sound system with jack cable connection. • 35sqm studio • Air Conditioner • Television with 100 channels including several foreign channels as well. • Nestle 600 meters from Városliget Park (one of the biggest park of Budapest) which makes this location great for quick access to the outdoors. You can find here couple of museums, the Széchenyi Thermal Bath and the well known Heroes Square. • 24/7 reception in the building (but you can contact us 24/7 as well) We will provide you a booklet with our personal (and some hidden) tips (restaurants, bars, sights etc.) to enjoy the city as a local. All amenities in the entire apartment are available exclusively for you. We'll always be available by phone, email, airbnb messaging if needed, but otherwise you will have complete privacy and exclusive access to the entirety of the apartment for you to enjoy. We are always free if you have any questions and close by if you need anything. The apartment is a block from the iconic Andrassy Avenue and Heroes Square. It's a 20-minute walk to the Jewish Quarter, well-known for its vibrant nightlife, hip coffee shops, and cool restaurants. The building is right in front of a trolleybus station from where there are buses going in every 4 minutes towards the Parliament (15 minutes ride). Erzsébet Körút is either 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus, from there you can take the tram 4-6 which is the busiest tram-line in Budapest operating 24/7 which takes you pretty much all around the city center. Keleti Railway Station is also a 8 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus (78) to the other direction, from there you can take the subway M3 and M4. The surrounding streets offer a lot of free parking premises, also it's really safe to leave your car there even for a longer time.

THE SPACE In the heart of the city, behind the famous New York Palace Cafe, in an ornate building built in 1897 we have found a real treasure and fell in love with it. This cozy apartment is a real specialty with its original inner decor, stucco and carvings, high ceilings and beautiful doors and windows. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building (no elevator) and it is newly renovated to provide the comfort of a modern home. We believe the apartment is well equipped to provide a comfortable stay. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM well equipped with with ceramic glass cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, Illy coffee machine (with free 100% arabica coffee), tableware, professional knives, dishwasher liquid, kitchen textiles and dinner table for 2. BEDROOM with a large double bed (160 cm). The windows can be completely darkened, bed sheets, linens and pillows provided. 2 armchairs, commode, desk. BATHROOM with a comfortable shower. Towels, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, hairdryer provided. OTHER: air-conditioning wardrobe with hangers full length mirror free wifi underfloor heating safe and cheep parking near the building We will personally welcome you upon arrival and will be available for anything you need during your stay by phone, WhatsApp, Airbnb mail. The apartment is on a quiet street, yet is only a 5-minute walk to a bustling area. Easily walk to many sights such as the Jewish Quarter, Basilica, Danube, and Castle Hill. Public transport is at the corner. GETTING AROUND As the apartment is just right in the center, you can reach almost all sights by walk. Public transport - subway, buses and trams, all a few steps away- puts the entire city within easy reach. Just 3 minutes by walk there is a stop of trams Nr. 4 and 6, running 0-24 across the city and connecting Buda with Pest. Closest metro stations on Blaha square (M2 Line) takes only 3 minutes to reach. We are 10 minutes from Nyugati railway station by tram and even closer to Keleti railway station from where you can easily walk. 24/7 secure parking available a few minutes walk from the building. Please note that we will charge 10 EUR extra fee cash for late check in after 7pm and 20 EUR after 11pm.

Next to the Keleti train station, in beautiful building, sunny apartment with everything necessary you need. Great location, friendly design. City center or party district available by subway (no.2 & 4line), by bus (7 and more), by trolley (78 takes you to the Parliament!), or 15 min walk. Walking distance also: city park, brand new Puskás Stadium. It has a cosy bedroom (160x200cm dbl bed), a bright living room with sofabed for 2 more persons, modern equipped kitchen. No elevator, 2nd floor.

The metro station (2 and 4 lines) and bus stops are in exactly front of the house, but there is no traffic noise, because opens are overlook to the spacious internal courtyard.
