The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

The 1920 House, just minutes from downtown Kearney

This is a historic craftsman style house in a great location of Kearney. You are walking distance to downtown Kearney On The Bricks where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. The MONA (Museum of Nebraska Art) is also located a couple of blocks from the house. If you like to ride bikes, walk or run, there is a walking/biking trail from Cottonmill State Park to Fort Kearney. This house sleeps 8 comfortably and has a rec room in the basement with a pool table and shuffleboard.

The Cottage

Relax in this newly updated cottage located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 block from Good Samaritan Hospital and 5 blocks from Downtown on The Bricks. The open floor plan is light and airy with farmhouse touches to make your stay comfortable. The secluded back yard is perfect for lounging or grilling on the patio. With on-demand heated water, take a long relaxing shower in the completely remodeled bathroom. If you are interested in having your pet accompany you, please request approval.

Converted she shed in the heart of Kearney. It's tiny. It's unique. It's the Bee's Knees! Love seat converts to bed. Queen bed in the loft. TV's in each area. Enjoy the hot tub, the gazebo with gas fire pit. The sitting area with a wood fire pit. Total privacy. Regular sized shower. Your own parking space. Beautiful landscaped area. The location is central putting you near the hospital, downtown, and north Kearney shopping and restaurants. Host is an Uber, Lyft, and Doordash driver!

Seas the Day

One of a kind "beach vacation" in central Nebraska! A Caribbean ambience has been quasi recreated in this 1,600 sq. foot space NW of Kearney. The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

Hot tub, beautiful outdoor space, all new

This beautiful home has been fully remodeled with loads of character. Located in the center of town, guests have easy access to all of Kearney. The cozy backyard with a privacy fence features a hot tub, seating area, and outdoor griddle. The custom table and countertops made from 125 year old lumber provide a rustic feel in a modern living space. Everything in the house is new: flooring, cabinets, appliances, furniture, etc. The attached 2-car garage is available for guests.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 2 blocks from Good Samaritan Hospital and 1 block from Dryden Park. House includes detached 2 car garage and fenced backyard. Washer and dryer located in basement along with another living space. House includes 3 full sized beds and 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We allow dogs with a 25 dollar fee for the first pet and a 25 dollar fee for each additional pet.

This cozy bunkhouse is newly renovated & welcomes guests with its sweet rustic charm & abundance of homey touches. The home can accommodate 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With ample light, a homelike living & dining area & a tranquil deck you and your guests are sure to find comfort & connection during your stay!

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.
