Located in the heart of the beautiful Tamar Valley, it makes the perfect base for day trippers to explore some of the best that Tassie has to offer. We’re a 5 minute walk to the Beaconsfield Mine & Heritage Museum and Miners Gold Brewery. Seahorse World & Platypus House are a short drive away. Further afield you’ll find destinations like Cradle Mountain National Park and the Great Lakes.

You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

George Town is a gateway to picturesque Low Head featuring 1860's Pilot Station with coffee shop, Museum, Light house and Penguin Walk. East Beach is simply beautiful. The Wine Trail includes some of the best Tasmanian wines including Piper's Brook and Jantz. There's plenty to do and we're delighted to guide you.
