Kick back and relax in this modern, calm space. The space opens out to a beautiful rural outlook, banana trees and the Hikurangi Mountain. A short 5 minute drive to the iconic Kamo Village or 15 minutes to the Whangarei Town Basin. Equipped with a new kitchenette (no oven or hobb), a pod coffee machine and basic continental breakfast supplies. Parking at the door and a lockbox for ease. This studio is attached to our home, although it's completely separate and you'll have complete privacy.

Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. The Treetops has 32 external stairs from the car park up to the entrance door. ** Not suitable for children

Beaches and Paihia town with boutiques, cafes, bars and supermarkets are a short walk downhill. Walk to the wharf and catch a ferry to historic Russell. Enjoy a day out exploring the Bay of Islands by boat or yacht. Walk to Opua along the coastal track or stroll to Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Free parking onsite.

Eastwood Estate

If you enjoy waking to the sound of birds singing then you’ll love this place! Just 3 minutes drive from Kamo Village, this is the perfect country retreat. Featuring a private and seperate space with a Super King bedroom, bathroom, laundry and seperate lounge with TV and kitchenette. Situated on a farmlet with cattle and sheep, you will love the country feel that is peaceful and quiet (with no street lights to keep you awake!), yet only minutes to shops, restaurants and amenities.

The Gables - Stunning Waterfront Apartment

The Gables Waterfront Apartment is housed in a lovingly restored historic building on the Russell foreshore with 'Reach out and touch the water' views of the bay. The apartment has its own private courtyard entrance. The living, dining and kitchen areas open through french doors onto the balcony terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee or an aperitif before dinner. Swim right outside on the waterfront beach or take your pick of any of the peninsula's other stunning beaches.

Waikotare

Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. Your suite is one end of a long country house, with separate easy access, covered parking and private deck (bbq available) with lovely view. A continental breakfast is included with your stay.

Te Wahi Mahana (A Warm Place), Paihia

This is a self catering, air-conditioned apartment with a spacious open plan living area, a separate bedroom and bathroom. Guests have their own patio with sea views across to the bay to Russell. The kitchen has a microwave, 2-ring hob and tea/coffee making facilities. While we are only 3.2 km from the centre of Paihia, it is a hilly walk. There is a lot to see and do here so make sure your stay isn't too short to experience what is available.

Reserve on Kowhai - Esmeralda's Space

This is a funky and quirky studio space we call Esmeralda. Room to relax or curl up & watch a movie, read a book or just sit with a wine and chat about your day. Plenty of spots outside in the garden to chill out in. So come and share your stories with Essie and she'll get you organized and ready for exploring our beautiful home – The Bay of Islands

Ripples n Tide Waterfront Studio

A stones throw from the waters edge and yet close to all necessary amenities. Ample parking. Easy access and close to town. A good selection of bird life to watch. Please Note: We charge an extra $10.00 per day for EV slow charging using a 10 amp plug. This is payable when this service is used.

Studio - The Boat Shed

Come and enjoy what Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands has to offer. This is a relaxing self contained studio, newly decorated, and peaceful in a nice area. It is 5 minutes to the Stone Store and 7 mins to the centre of town. This is a separate dwelling set away from the main house.
