Our eco-conscious cottage, built with refurbished materials, features 2 cozy bedrooms with mud and stone walls, blending traditional charm with modern comforts. Relax in the sunken pit living room with a large window, or enjoy meals in the dining area with a 180-degree view of the farm. An outdoor shower area, a campfire, and a soothing stream add to the charm of your stay.

It’s a great place to unwind or take up remote working. I hope you will enjoy the plantation and workstation. The entire first floor is yours. There is a shuttle court and a yoga mat if you wish to stay healthy on vacation. The local food is warm and nice. Enjoy the place the 'Micasa Sucasa' way—Spanish for 'my home is your home!'.

I have for rent a fully furnished house of 750 sq.ft , good for couples/ families (with kids) and business travellers and well-located with grocery/ pharmacies in 200m radius, top-notch restaurants in 2-3km radius and railway station/airport within 5-8km radius. Though breakfast is not provided, microwave and induction stove are available in the apartment with coffee, tea and sugar satchets. Can suggest food delivery services if required. I live next door and am happy to help!

Fernhill Cottage, was originally built as a holiday home for the owners, Dr George Paul and his wife Dr. Bini George. The house was inspired by the model of old English cottages of Yercaud built in the early 20th century. The house is built out of rough hewn granite stones furnished with a modern kitchen and toilets. The house has a wooden loft accessed by a spiral staircase and can be used as a bedroom/ recreational area.
