Cosy Panoramic Studio in the center for 1-2 pers.

Well known designer furnished cozy studio for 1-2 persons with a great panorama through the big window. The apartment is located on the 5 floor and is accessible by elevator. For those who want to relax, have a morning coffee or an evening wine, there is a shared roof terrace on the 4 floor. You don't need a car - the park, bus and train stations are 200 m away, the center, Žalgiris Arena, central Stadium, shopping center Akropolis are 10-15 min away on foot. There is a free parking in the yard.

Castle Town Apartment

Newly built neighborhood in the Premium part of the Town. All mostly required accessories are in the apartment, so You just need to bring smile and good mood (dishes, showering equipment, towels, washing and ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, TV+Netflix, internet, air conditioner and etc.) Car will be parked in the underground private parking space. Balcony with very nice view, children playground in the inner yard. Territory guarded by barriers, cameras, flat equipped with alarm system.

Our apartment is located in a center of Kaunas, you can find everything you need within a few minutes. The apartament is close to biggest sports and concerts place - Zalgiris arena, Kaunas stadium, wonderful shopping center Akropolis, railway and bus station. You can reach main pedestrian Laisves avenue and city center in 10 minutes. The place consist of one livingroom and one bedroom. Newly fitted kitchen with everything what you need for cooking.

Nice 3 bedroom apartment close to Botanical Garden

The apartment is situated in a residential area, very close proximity to Vytautas Magnus Botanical Garden, Aleksotas Hill and 10 min drive to City centre, the old town and Zalgiris Arena. Excellent place to stay, close to all tourist attractions, theaters, universities. The apartment is fully equipped, there is everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, utensils, bed linen, towels, etc.. The entrance to the apartment is safe.

Butas yra privačioje valdoje, su atskiru įėjimu. 2 aukštas, WC/dušo kambarys. Virtuvė su visa įranga ir indais, sofa, dvigulė lova, TV, internetas, skalbyklė, nemokamas parkingas. Rami kaiminystė.
