Historic house & lush hidden garden in city center

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. The property is a newly renovated, high standard, two story house (upper floor and basement), 160 square metres sleeping 8. Ideal for one or two families. Location is a quiet forest and farm community 10 min to Isaberg Mountain Resort - the largest MTB part and skiing resort in southern Sweden. Isaberg Golf Club 10 minutes drive from the house.

Omgiven av en vacker 3400m2 trädgård ligger denna trävilla i ett lugnt område vid Skånes västra kust med egen ingång till det angränsande Saxtorps naturreservat. Förutom närheten till natur och hav är det också det perfekta läget mellan alla större städer och sevärdheter (med bil eller tåg). Två populära vandringsleder (Skåneleden) och cykling (Sydkustleden) går precis utanför huset. Leder längs kusten är också tillgängliga till fots eller med cykel. Nära Barsebäck samt Öresunds golfbana.

Nice apartment with own patio (morning sun) in perfect location in central Båstad. A short walk to sea, harbor, beach, centrecourt and restaurants. 56 well-planned m2 with 3 beds . bbq and infra heating. Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom with dishwasher/washing machine/dryer. parking space and bus station a stone's throw away. Please leave a short description with age and if you are couples, family or friends when making request. We do unfortunately not accept younger groups of friends

Heavenly beach house

Unique location and view.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor in central Nørrebro, which Timeout calls 'the best neighborhood in the world'. The apartment is newly renovated with a spectacular view from the balcony overlooking a Jewish Cemetery. From here, everything you want to discover in Copenhagen is close by, and you will be surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Yet, the apartment itself is very quiet as it is located in a backyard, closed off from the streets.

A view to die for (Évika 5)

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.

Built in 2013. Architect: Mattias Palme, LLP Arkitektkontor. 100 m2. Light and airy with stunning views in all directions. Lots of space for eating and living! Professionally equipped kitchen. Småt og godt med fantastisk udsigt

Et lille men hyggeligt sommerhus på 60 m2, højt beliggende på blind vej. Terrasser på tre sider af huset. Stor terrasse er sydvest vendt. Oftest er der de smukkeste solnedgange med i opholdet. Udsigt over Sallingsund (og Sallingsund broen) og Mors. Kupperet område med mulighed for cykel og gåture i naturen i nærområdet. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år.
