Nära Vasatorp GK och bara 15 minuter till Helsingborg city och Väla. Tillgång till stor pool och jacuzzi. I ägarens hus finns tillgång till tvätt/tork och litet gym. Cyklar finns att låna. Elbilsladdare finns, sek 4.

Tæt på Billunds attraktioner og Givskud Zoo, finder i huset Bella Vista, som er velegnet til ophold af flere generationer eller to familier, som rejser sammen. Vi byder på 229 m2 fordelt på 3 plan, fyldt med hygge og plads til alle. Vi har bræt- og kortspil, samt bøger i forskellige sprog. Vores TV er tilkoblet Chromecast, så i kan caste jeres egne kanaler. Komplet køkken. 4 dobbeltsenge til voksne, to enkeltsenge, en sovesofa til 2 personer og to børne-rejsesenge. Centralvarme med træpillefyr.

Located 10 km to Gekås, the biggest shopping centre in Nordic, 15 km to Åkula Bokskogar, hiking in the iconic Swedish, skiing in Isaberg & 25 km from the well known Ästad Vingaard and Spa.

NEW BUILD 2023 - Architect-designed summerhouse close to the beach - with sauna! Quiet, spacious and secluded in a large, enclosed garden, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation near Copenhagen and the amazing Tisvildeleje, with many restaurants and cafes. The stairway to the beach is only about 200 meters from the house and leads to a private beach where only the homeowners (and you!) have the key, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the coast in peaceful surroundings.

Large, architect-designed cottage with 3 bedrooms and four double beds, a cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a huge garden. There are multiple terraces, fruit trees,, swings, a trampoline and a grill. The small annex in the garden can be used as a shelter. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

Unique and private midcentury style summer get away. Savour ice cold wine by the pool with your partner or fun water games with your kids. Enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace, read a book in the cosy nook or watch a movie on the big flat screen. Recharge in the new queen size bed in the tranquille ocean blue bedroom. From your bed you can open the door to the new wooden deck and hear the birds chirp and start your day with a dive in the crystal clear pool water. (Pool opens 1 may).

Soveværelser i hus: (140 cm senge i 2 værelser, 180 cm seng i 1 værelse) Derudover er der Anneks 14 m2 værelse med dobbeltseng (180 cm seng eller 2x 90cm senge Pris incl forbrug og rengøring. Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.
