Katura is a much loved c1908 Blue Mountains cottage, on the border of (& walking distance to the towns & train stations of) Katoomba & Leura. She has all the charm of a period home, (including original leadlight windows, high ceilings, a claw foot bath, wood floors & fire places) with the bonus of modern additions like a 6 person outdoor spa & pool table. Waratah Cottage is a tranquil, spacious and beautiful home set on a large landscaped lock in Katoomba, close to lookouts and scenic attractions. The recently renovated house contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There is also an alcove with a queen sofa bed. Waratah Cottage has a range of eco-features such as double-glazed windows and doors and solar panels with battery storage. Electric heaters are in every room and electric blankets too.
