The apartment is located in walking distance to the touristic sites of Banja Luka - city centre 800 m, Kastel fortress 250 m, local market 400 m - and great restaurants with traditional food, amazing cafés, grocery stores, bakery, etc. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. It is suitable for families, couples, solo travelers and business workers. Possible rent-a-car, and also transfer from/to airport.

New, modern, spacious and warm four-room apartment of 77 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. The apartment is placed at a 1000 m distance from the heart of the city. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom is with a French-bed, while two are with single beds. The sitting room may as well be used as a bedroom, as it has a functional set transformable into a bed with a single move. Thus, the apartment makes a perfect residence for at least 6 people.

Central Square Apartment je novoopremljeni studio apartman namijenjen za dvije osobe u srcu Banjaluke. Smješteni smo u pješačkoj zoni, na samo nekoliko metara od Trga Krajine. Najpoznatiji restorani i noćni klubovi udaljeni su na minut-dva hoda. Nalazimo se na 400m udaljenosti od tvrđave Kastel, rijeke Vrbas i splavova. Iskoristite svoje vrijeme u Banjaluci na najbolji mogući način, jer boraveći u našem apartmanu sve što vam je potrebno imaćete na dohvat ruke. Auto vam neće biti neophodno.

New apartment with an amazing view of the Vrbas River and the hills of Banja Luka. The apartment is a 9-min walk from the city centre, bustling with bars, restaurants, and bakeries, yet tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood for your comfort and enjoyment. You can enjoy a walk along the river or even play tennis on the courts right in front. The apartment is located in a new building with an elevator. High-speed fiber-optic internet is installed, and the connection is excellent :)
