Da ich zuvor in Avsallar gelebt habe, wollte ich dort ein Mehrzimmerhaus mieten, um mit meiner Familie einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir entschieden uns, die Villa von Frau Zeynep zu mieten. Das Haus von Frau Zeynep ist wirklich wunderschön, es ist groß, hat viele Zimmer und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, ob mit oder ohne Kinder. Meine Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Garten. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber da nicht viele Leute da waren, schwammen wir die meiste Zeit alleine. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Meinen Kindern hat der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Ein ruhiger und sauberer Ferienort. Das Meer und der Strand sind sehr sauber, ich denke, es ist das schönste Meer und der schönste Strand, an dem wir je waren. Da das Meer nicht sehr tief war, schwammen die Kinder ohne Angst und hatten viel Spaß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Wir danken Frau Zeynep nochmals für alles.

Ev fotoğraflarda da olduğu gibi, muz ve avokado bahçelerinin arasında, manzarası müthiş bir ev. Arabayla 5-15 dakikalık mesafede kumlu plaj, restoran ve market mevcut. Doğa içinde izole, sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil için ideal. Biz köpeğimizle birlikte gittik. Onun da evin etrafında güvenli bir şekilde rahatça gezmesi çok iyidi.

This place is cozy for the company and looks much better than on the photos. Location and the view are fantastic. Very friendly host.

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Дуже дякуємо за привітність і гостинність , все було добре: квартира відповідає опису, є все необхідне, розташована в тихому спокійному районі, поруч є магазин зі всім необхідним, до пляжу 5 хвилин ходу.

If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

This place was very nice and clean, very new and has great amenities. Pool and beach are right at the location. Stores and restaurants are also in walkable distance. Everything worked out great with Othman 👍🏼 definitely recommend staying here :)

Excellent emplacement, logement très propre et fonctionnel. mise à disposition d'un lit bébé et de jouets de plage. Vicktoriaa a été très réactive pour nous renseigner. Seul défaut, pas de rideaux occultants.

El departamento es genial, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Además, la piscina y el acceso al río son un plus genial. Hasan fue un gran anfitrión, respondió en todo momento nuestras consultas y solicitudes. El gran pero de este lugar es la ubicación, si vas sin auto es MUY difícil salir hacia cualquier parte. El transporte publico es un mito, la mayoría de las veces tuvimos que hacer dedo para salir hacia una zona mejor comunicada en donde pudiéramos tomar un bus o un taxi. Además, cerca del depto hay un solo lugar para hacer compras un mini market que no tiene demasiada oferta, así que cualquier cosa es necesario salir de la zona y eso es complicado.
