Our apartment, with panoramic lake views, is located on our private estate on the shore of Lake Kardzhali, in south eastern Bulgaria. Guests have access to the entire property including the plunge pool and lounge & BBQ area on the lakeshore. If you are looking or a private get away, off the beaten path, with all the amenities of home, look no further! We are happy to take guests out onto the lake, which is also lovely for swimming, or to one of the many historic and natural sights in the area.

The nest - Villa Rhodope mountains

Villa "The nest" is situated in the heart of the Rhodope mountains and is close to Banite- a village famous for its hot mineral springs. The village attracts many people all year round because it has both indoor and outdoor pools filled with mineral water. The health benefits of the hot springs are numerous. 'The nest' is an 300 years old stone house which was recently renovated. The atmosphere of the old village home combiles surprisingly well with the moder elements in its interior.

Villa 'Freestyle' is one of three villas set in private grounds with views looking out to the pool, tennis court and beyond to the beautiful southern Bulgarian countryside. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Other than the pool, which is right on your doorstep, there is also a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, covered barbecue area, tennis court and a golf driving range. These facilities are for the exclusive use of guests staying in the three villas.

Our modern & spacious apartments are located on the shore of Lake Kardzhali. We are happy to welcome families and large groups (up to 12). Take a dip in the lake or plunge pool in summer to cool off or take a kayak or rowing/motor boat out. WifI and parking are included. We have 5 bedrooms (3 doubles, all en-suite, 1 with additional kitchenette as well as 2 twins), a large living room & kitchen and 2 balconies with panoramic views of the lake.

Holiday Home Vilata is located in the village zone of Kardjali, in close proximity to the city and in а very quiet place. The size of the villa is 120 m2. It has 2 single beds, a sofa, kitchen, bathroom and living room on the 1st floor and a double bed, a single bed and terrace on the 2nd floor. Available to the guests are a cable TV, Free Wifi, washing machine, coffee machine, stove, fridge, fire place and a BBQ.

Pri Primo is a guesthouse located in the picturesque town of Zlatograd. The house can accomodate up to eight people. There is a dining room with a kitchenette and a fireplace. A small yard with a barbeque grill is also available. The house is ideally located in close proximity to both the Ethnographic Complex and centre of Zlatograd.
