Fabulously located home with double glazed windows throughout, ducted air conditioning located so close to everything you could possibly need with a bus stop just a few steps away. The home is hygienically cleaned to a high standard, no cutting corners or reusing dirty cloths for multiple areas. Be situated in the popular suburb of Kardinya with its closeness to the CBD, Murdoch Uni, shopping centres, private and public hospitals . Only a 15 minute drive to Fremantle and its beautiful beaches.

This stylish guesthouse is situated at the back of our beautiful garden. It is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom (King or 2 Singles) bathroom, laundry, pool access and peaceful area for dining outside. Can accommodate 1 child on blow-up mattress. 30m walk from parking at front of house to guesthouse at the back of the yard. 10 min drive to beach, Fremantle, 5 min drive to the river, short walk to supermarket. Non-smokers/vapers (in & outside) No pets, parties, large groups.

The Garden House

Positioned at the rear of our home, this cosy self-contained granny flat is located in the suburb of Kardinya. A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.

Little Fallow Retreat - near Beach and Fremantle

Peaceful sleep, can be had in our quiet 'loop street’. Little Fallow is a surprisingly spacious studio. It has a comfortable queen bed & luxury ensuite shower / vanity with separate toilet. Comfy chair to put your feet, quiet ceiling fan (no air conditioning ) & extra blankets if required. Restful outdoor with cooktop, if you feel like cooking. Le Cherche-Midi Fremantle Bed & Breakfast

Ideally located in Fremantle in a quiet street, this former shop has been completely renovated and transformed into a guesthouse. In a traditional and upscale local style, it will be your "cosy nest" during your stay. Breakfast is delivered every morning in a basket to the door of your accommodation. Fresh bread and croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurts and seasonal fruit will accompany the first moments of your day. Coffee and tea will be available in your kitchen.

Cabin@23 is a perfect location to start and end your day exploring Fremantle and Perth. With South Beach, Coffee shops, restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Or if you feel like a stroll, Fremantle is an easy 20 minute walk. A cute wooden cabin with double glazed windows & door, when you close the door the silence is amazing. Situated behind our residence, we respect your privacy and only interact by chance and by request. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate PETS

Enjoy complete privacy in our cozy guest house, nestled in a convenient location in the heart of Murdoch. 5 min walk to Murdoch University (via underpass). 5 min drive to the local grocery store and cafes. 10 minute bus ride to Murdoch Station. 15 min bus ride to Fiona Stanley Hospital. My husband and I live on the property at the back of the house, however your space is in a separate section at the front of the house, offering complete privacy and comfort.

Within 4 km radius are Fiona Stanley hospital, SJOG hospital, Adventure World, The Simulation Centre, Bibra Lake Reserve and many more! Also, it takes about 11 mins to Fremantle and 18 mins to the Perth CBD.
