Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο Arillas View στην Πέρδικα Θεσπρωτίας.Η τοποθεσία είναι ήσυχη, περιτριγυρισμένη απο ελαιόδεντρα με πανοραμική θεα σε τρεις θαυμασιες παραλίες (καραβοστασι, σταυρολιμενα, αριλλα) του Ιονίου πελάγους, καθώς επισης αντικρίζουμε Παξούς, Αντίπαξους και Κέρκυρα. Σε πολυ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν αρκετες επίλογες τοσο για παραλίες και εστιατόρια όσο για εκδρομές και εξορμήσεις στη φυση (Σύβοτα, Παργα, Αχέροντα). Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι.
