Located 5 minutes from Aucklands Southern motorway and just 35 minutes from the CBD, and 20 minutes from Auckland Intl Airport. A great place to get away from the busy city. Also handy to the Karaka Bloodstock Centre for those with Equine interests. Plenty of room for parking (including a horsefloat).

As well as a deck area, including outdoor table. The setting is beautiful, private and comfortable.

Newly built studio unit perfect for a peaceful getaway. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated in rural Pukeoware you will have the entire one bedroom studio to yourself. Beautiful views from your own private patio. Private entrance with parking for two cars. We are available in the main house to help with whatever you need. Portacot on request. Please note we have a cat who may come visiting but please feel free to let us know if you would prefer we kept them away.

The West Wing at Haven Villa Our Piece of Paradise

Welcome to the West Wing! We live in an old villa on 2 acres of lawn and garden. Near the main house but not attached to it we have our guest house. We have decorated it in keeping with it’s history but with all modern conveniences including Sky TV. We have a comfy king bed in the studio part with a double bed upstairs in the gorgeous retro attic. The upstairs bed is suitable for a smaller couple or a single person or child. We have a lovely, well equipped kitchen.

Rose Cottage Karaka-Private farm stay outdoor bath

Private romantic farm stay just 44 km from Auckland CBD. Rose Cottage is a newly built stand‑alone retreat on our Karaka farm. Relax in your secluded garden embraced by nature or wander the main garden, farm and native bush. Self contained loft, 20 minutes from Auckland airport, located within minutes to both the northern and southern motorways making this a perfect location to begin or end your holiday. The space itself has a private bathroom, queen sized bed and wardrobe, there are no cooking facilities within the room although a guide to local food and beverage outlets is provided. Tea and coffee is provided as is a WiFi connection. Some pets ok, no Cats sorry.
