The Stables @ Kookaburra House

‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. Breakfast staples are provided.

Wilderberry Cottage, Berry, NSW

Experience a private and relaxing stay on the wilder side of Berry. Enjoy stunning scenery, a king bed, genuine double bathtub with views, bath robes, eco toiletries, bubbly & chocolates on arrival, full kitchen, huge deck, sun lounges, wi-fi internet, visits from native animals, total privacy and relaxation. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

Elysium Cottage - Cosy Retreat with Water Views

Elysium Cottage is situated on a recently developed, 65 acre cattle property in Fitzroy Falls. The property is only a 15 minute drive from the 3 main Southern Highland town centres of Bowral, Moss Vale & Robertson. Elysium is a new, 56sqm. fully self-contained, 2 bedroom country retreat, overlooking the beautiful Fitzroy Falls Reservoir. Although positioned 20 metres from the main house, it offers privacy and tranquillity in a natural bush land setting.

The Shack at Bimbimbi is well appointed, private, and is situated on 5 acres, 40 meters from the main house separated by gardens. There is a box fire and heating for chilly nights. A great getaway, close to walks in Morton National Park, Bundanoon, Exeter Village and a short drive to Moss Vale and Bowral. The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating. Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .
