To create even more magic, there is an attached decking area for outdoor dining, bird watching & relaxing while you sit back & witness the nature of Kangaroo Island.

Nora by Sol Hus is a Scandi-inspired tiny cabin designed with nature in mind. Overlooking Boxing Bay, Nora is located a mere 100m from the beach on Kangaroo Island's pristine north coast. The cabin offers stunning ocean views, with sweeping vistas of the rugged cliffs and windswept coastline of North Cape. We donate 50% of the profits from your stay to The Australian Ocean Laboratory - a South Australian non-profit dedicated to protecting our oceans. This cabin is one of two cabins on site.

You won't need to travel anywhere to find Kangaroos or Koalas, with both regularly spotted just metres from the house. Relax on the deck with a coffee and watch the birds fly in to drink, including the endangered Glossy Black Cockatoo. All within walking distance of the beach and Rockpool cafe.

Literally a "stones throw" from the crystal blue waters of famous Stokes Bay winning the title of best beach in Australia in 2023. Swim, kayak or SUP in the sheltered waters a few steps from your front door or play on the sand. Stoke the BBQ & relax by the outdoor fire whilst watching the waves roll in.

The Passage Kangaroo Island

Only 10 minutes from the ferry, the cabin is situated on a sheep farm and nestled into the rolling hills with panoramic ocean views. Your stay will be eco friendly, but you’ll still enjoy all the creature comforts whilst experiencing the island’s rugged natural beauty and native wildlife.
