This house was completed June 2024 and has been furnished, stocked, and designed with the most modern and updated materials. Our guest house is gated and surrounded by woods and wildlife! Here our guests can benefit from a handicap accessible home, fire pit, plenty of wooded trails to explore, paved driveway, and plenty of room for ATV trailer parking as well. This home offers a large kitchen and views of wildlife from every window. All this while only 15 minutes away from downtown Charleston, Shawnee Sports Complex and Hatfield and McCoy trails. This cabin built in 2022 includes all modern amenities with a beautiful wooden design. Located about 4 miles from the Hatfield McCoy Trails Ivy Branch location and lots of room to park then ride your side by side directly to the trails. Also close to the former Hobet Mine. A very peaceful and beautiful rural area with lots of wildlife around such as deer and turkeys. Relax by the fire pit or walk down to the creek. Only a 25 minute drive from the Southridge Shopping Center.

This classic WV cabin has everything you need for a comfortable escape. There is a queen bed and a pull out Twin XL. There is another Twin XL matress in the closet if needed. The kitchen is ready for chefs! A nice laundry room and bathroom also. Outside the cabin door you can sit on a bench and enjoy a fire, roast marshmallows and enjoy the scenery. Firewood is provided. Inside the cabin guests can enjoy 2 flat screen tvs plus a DVD collection. This cabin has heat & air.
