Grande dammuso antico ristrutturato con eleganza, affacciato sul mare e circondato da ulivi. Dotato di parcheggio privato, si accede a una terrazza con pergolato e zona pranzo. La casa include cucina attrezzata, studiolo, due camere matrimoniali con vista mare, una lunga camera di passaggio, una camera doppia e tre bagni. Piscina panoramica privata e ampio giardino con dependance completano la proprietà. Vicino al paese di Scauri con servizi e porto per noleggio barche. Vista eccezionale.

Adagiato sul declivio di una piccola vallata pantesca, circondata da ulivi, muri a secco, fichi d'india ed il mare, con le coste africane visibili in lontananza, il dammuso "c'era una volta" offre una posizione invidiabile, tra i due centri principali dell'isola, raggiungibili in dieci minuti, isolato ed immerso tra i suoni ed i colori della natura. Raggiungibile in tre minuti di percorso tramite una antica mulattiera, conserva tramite il carattere rurale lo spirito di una isola unica.

Se volete scoprire l'anima di Pantelleria il nostro dammuso è quello che cercate! Con vista mare, terrazza solarium, cucina esterna e piscina, circondato da vigna e olivi, è situato nella zona nord-est dell'isola, molto pratica e allo stesso tempo tranquilla! La proprietà è alimentata al 100% da energia fotovoltaica per ridurre il nostro impatto sull'ambiente e quello delle vostre vacanze! Il dammuso non fa parte di alcun resort e è gestito direttamente da noi che viviamo sul posto! :)

The property consists of 2 dammusi equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your stay is as relaxing and carefree as possible. The property is surrounded by 8000m square of land cultivated with olive grove and with the famous zibibbo of Pantelleria. The large patio has a full equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dish washer, a large table, a wood burning oven, stone grill and comfy sofa. Although the owners of the house live on the upper floor, they are very discreet, moreover, because of the way the dammusi are designed, they manage to guarantee total privacy and relaxation.

l Maestrale è l'antico mulino, disposto su due livelli è composto da un ampio soggiorno, dalla camera matrimoniale con bagno interno e da una cucina ben attrezzata dove è presente l'antico forno in muratura utilizzato un tempo per la cottura del pane. Può ospitare anche quattro persone. Completano questo Dammuso,  molto suggestivo al tramonto, due terrazze arredate da tavolo, sedie, sdraio e lettini in legno.
