Bear & Cub Lake are right down the road for you to enjoy, and we are directly across from the 76 ORV trail. Downtown Grayling- 20 min. Downtown Kalkaska- 20 min. Boyne Resort- 45 min. Torch Lake- 45-60 min. Traverse City- 50 min. Pets are allowed, but must be added to reservation. Please message first with details if you plan on bringing a trailer. Come, enjoy, and relax!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Enjoy all the comforts of home while you relax on your adventure in the North. This space is centrally located for any getaway in any season. From all power sports, skiing, golf, color tours, wine tours. Timber North is located in downtown Kalkaska with shopping, dining/bar all in walking distance. This space would also be great for travelers working in the area as well. It has all the charm you need on your vacation.

Blue Buck Lodge at “The Blue Buck Cabins/RV Camp”

The cabin is located at 10973 M-72, Kalkaska Michigan. It is on the corner of M-72 and West Bear Lake Road. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom new cabin with AC across from trailhead, restaurant, Bear Lake. Perfect for ATV’s, snowmobiles, fisherman. Unfortunately, we have a strict no pets policy and the person renting must be at least 21 years old with no exceptions. Children are welcome with a renter over the age of 21. Early check in or late departure costs $35 each if available.

NEW Cabin in Mancelona, right by ATV trails!

Newly built cabin located Near the Blue Bear ATV and Snowmobile trail. The cabin is cozy and spacious, it has central AC with a large living room and Kitchen area. It has a large covered porch and firepit! There is plenty of room on the property to park your boat trailer ATVs or Snowmobiles. It's across the street from Big Twin Lake which has public access. It is located in the heart of the "Lake Michigan Snowbelt" if there is snow in the Lower peninsula it's usually here.
