The Stables Cottage - North West Auckland

The Stables is a quaint country rural cottage set amongst rolling green hills, this fully self contained rustic cottage is beautifully appointed and sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 couples in 2 bedrooms. The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

This is a stylish place to stay for couples wanting a romantic trip away. Situated in a gated estate with a deep-water boat ramp, great beach access with picnic areas, a tennis court, a bird sanctuary, historical sites, bush and farm walks. Gaze at the stars at night or the brilliant view down the harbour. Bring your boat and experience the Kaipara Harbour. Kaiwaka, the little town of lights, has great cafes but is also perfectly situated only 15 minutes from Mangawhai with the surf beaches.

Bath under the stars in our two side-by-side outdoor cast iron claw foot baths! Centrally located and sitting 200 metres off State Highway One makes this house an easy to find stop over point for those heading north or south and offers guests all the comforts of home with wonderfully comfortable beds in each of the three bedrooms, ample parking space, a fully functional kitchen, outdoor entertainment with BBQ & beautiful mountain views. Only 12 minutes drive to Waipu & Mangawhai Villages.

Overlooking the estuary and Bream Bay, this young holiday home in Waipu is elevated just above Cove Road, the main road between Waipu town and Waipu Cove. Beautiful ocean views from the main room and all three bedrooms. Please note that our parking platform is best for 2 cars only. There is NO street parking available on roadside. ***Please note: if your preferred dates are not available, check out our other place not far away in Mangawhai called Luxe at the Lake.
