'The Stones' Farm Accommodation near Kai Iwi Beach

Self contained one-bedroom unit near beautiful Kai Iwi Beach. Located on a lifestyle block in a peaceful setting with views to the ocean. The unit has its own entrance but is attached to our garage. There is a lovely front porch ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Queen size bed in separate bedroom with a sofa bed available in lounge if required. The kitchenette has a microwave oven, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and is equipped with crockery and cutlery. Free wifi, Netflix, Freeview.

Sunset Beach House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with amazing views of the sunset. Fully renovated in 2020 Cook a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen, then dine on your choice of decks to soak up the rural or sea views. Just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach, call into the Citadel for a meal or drink on the way home. Ohakune is an hours drive to enjoy the great walks or skiing. 4 square and laundromat close by

Cottage on Rapanui

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish cottage. It is set in quiet and peaceful surroundings in the country close to town. The views are stunning. You can lie in bed and enjoy the tranquility. On a clear day, you can see Mt Taranaki in the distance. It is only 4 minutes drive to Mowhanau Beach, 11 minutes to the centre of town, Springvale Park, Splash Centre, Jubilee Stadium and Virginia Lake. Note: The pool is presently closed over the winter months due to the cold weather.

Cosy guest sleep out with sauna on dairy farm

* No cleaning fees :) * Relax and unwind on our small peaceful farm guest sleep out. One bedroom one bathroom sleep out with kitchenette. One king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. Would suggest this for children only for the limited room. Can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance. 10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Great location for kids to run around.

The Red Barn provides a rural retreat, a quick 7-minute drive to vibrant Whanganui city. Local café and brewery down the road and close to the Windermere Berry Farm. A self-contained cottage set privately in the grounds of our property offering options for whatever break away you are looking for. Sit and relax outside in the sun, or stoke up the fire and chill out, or grab your bike and explore the country roads. Dedicated EV charger, type 2. Secure storage for bikes.

Sunset Delight

Our Sunset Delight house is a thoughtfully designed new build located at the beautiful Kai Iwi Beach. It has stunning panoramic views of the sea from the living areas and master bedroom with spectacular sunsets. There are large sliding doors which mean the living areas can be opened up to the sea air and views. Only a short walk and you can be down at Kai Iwi beach enjoying a swim or taking the kids for a walk to the fantastic playground located by the beach.

Welcome to Kāhu cottage where the beach is accessed through the bottom of the garden, the popular Citadel café a 15-min walk away and Whanganui a 15-min drive away. We have everything you need for a relaxing stay: • master bedroom with queen-sized bed • 2nd bedroom with a double bed • 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds Multiple living spaces with TV, Wi-fi, separate sitting area and dining. Well-equipped kitchen. Off-street carparking is provided for two cars.
