Amazing late night staff and super cozy home

I stayed as a student for almost 5 months at Selçuks place. I always felt welcomed. When I needed help with something, Selçuk always lend me a hand. He always tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He is a very nice and kind host. I will come back!

安全な環境と良好なアクセス。 タクシム広場から歩いて5分くらいで急な坂道もありません。 学校の向かいなので治安も良いです。 清潔なベッドでゆっくり休むことができました。 小さなエレベーターがあり、上階で大きな荷物があっても安心でした。 シャワーのお湯がちゃんと出ました。 おすすめできるお部屋です。

staying in Ida's room is much benefit - clean room with full amenities - close to everywhere by walk - responsive host - nice guy in the reception area must think : - place a bit smaller for 3 ppl. suitable for 2 - pls dont bring too heavy luggage i feel bad with the guy who help me with the luggage. overall i love her room if i had chance to stay long term in Istanbul will revisit again. thanks

If you find this room and Faith in Istanbul, you are lucky. He is not only the host but also friend. He helped me a lot when I was sick and got lost. He gave me so many information about hidden places of Istanbul. He is the most wonderful and kind person I have ever met. Also, Uskudar is so beautiful and peaceful place. Staying at this apartment was a wonderful experience. Parmida and her team are very kind, helpful and responsive at all times. Stayed here as a woman alone and it was quite safe to come back at night The house was very clean and cozy, matched all the descriptions. They do their best to provide anything on request such as towels, iron, sim card, Istanbul card, etc. The location is right in the heart of the city, sooo many great restaurants and cafes around, Taksim square, galata tower and so on. Bus and metro station being right in front of a building is very much appreciated. All in all, even though it's an old building, it has all the amenities one would need during short or long stays, perfect location, friendly staff, great service. Highly recommended. The location is perfect for anyone wanting easy to access to some of the main tourist attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There is also a tram stop right out the front for easy commute to other areas. The accommodation is basic but is comfortable for a short stay in Istanbul

We were so pleased to have chosen Marmara Guest House. It was exactly as advertised, so well located, and affordable. The top floor terrace and breakfast and on-site staff were very helpful. Would rewcommend it to anyone easily. Thanks.

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

Everything was gine, the host was so kind and gracious. The building is old but clean.

İrfan bey güleryüzlü biri çok memnun olduk. Odamız sıcak, temiz ve konforluydu. Eşimle birlikte rahat 2 gece geçirdik. Yeri Akaretler’de çok güzel bir konumda. Bir daha yolumuz düşerse yine tercih edeceğimiz yer burası olur. 🌿
