Very nice place next to the museum of modern art. Really easy to get to the centre by bus and cab. Arif was a fantastic host, really responsive. We'll be back!

Sinem was an incredible host during our stay! She was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated our requests in the most hospitable way. The apartment was incredibly clean and well taken care of — it is a beautifully decorated, gorgeous place to stay while also being located very centrally in Istanbul!

This was a great flat in a great neighborhood. They have made excellent use of the limited space to provide a comfortable and nicely furnished flat with all the amenities one could need for a stay. Communication was excellent and the flat was very clean. There was also a nice patio for the ground floor apartment that I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Sedas Wohnung ist eine typische Istanbuler Wohnung mit viel Charme. Es liegt direkt in Kadıköy alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar Restaurant, Einkaufen alles kein Problem. Trotz der Nähe zu Lokalen kann man ruhig schlafen. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden. Seda ist immer bemüht alle Informationen und Lösungen zu bieten. Ich habe meine Woche genossen und werde gerne wiederkommen. Seda'nın dairesi, çok çekici tipik bir İstanbul dairesi. Tam Kadıköy'de yer alıyor, restoran, alışveriş her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün, hiçbir sorun yok. Mekanlara yakın olmasına rağmen sessizce uyuyabilirsiniz. Çamaşır makinesi, kurutma makinesi ve bulaşık makinesi de mevcut. Seda her zaman tüm bilgileri ve çözümleri sunmaya istekli. Haftamdan keyif aldım ve tekrar gelmek isterim.

Seda Hanım’ın evi çok temiz, rahat ve huzurluydu. Kendisi çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Konaklama boyunca her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğünden bile güzeldi. Lokasyon çok merkezi ve ulaşım açısından çok rahattı. Her şey için Seda Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederim. Tekrar’dan bu evi tutacağımdan eminim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Konum Kadıköyün merkezinde, ulaşım açısından çok rahattı. Genel olarak titiz birr insanım ve oda gayet temizdi, banyo pırıl pırıldı. Ayrıca yemek yapmak için bile malzemeler vardı (tabak-ocak-tencere vb.). Sadece biraz küçük, eğer sadece uyumak için konaklayacaksanız fiyat-performans diyebilirim.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tout était parfait ! J'étais ici pour du télétravail et le bureau était idéal, avec une belle lumière naturelle. L'appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Tout est fonctionnel, confortable et bien pensé. L'emplacement est également excellent, très central et pratique pour explorer la ville. Franchement, c'est le meilleur appartement que j'ai eu à Istanbul ! Je recommande vivement

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

It was a real pleasure to stay at your place during our visit to Istanbul. The place is very nice and very clean, and there’s all we needed during our stay. Very close to everything shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions just 5min walk to the blue mosque and hagia Sofia mosque. The place has two floors and makes it like two apartments in one and this was great for us, we stayed in one floor with the kids and gave the second floor to my mom and my niece who came with us. The host was very professional, polite and very helpful. He provided a great service he organised the taxi for us from and to the airport and even walked us through the nearby area and showed us the better shops and restaurants and the different shortcuts to get to centre. Thanks a million for everything and we really appreciate!!

De woning is zeer centraal gelegen op een paar minuten lopen van de Galatatoren, leuke winkelstraatjes, Bosporus, Museum voor Moderne kunst en de tramhalte is voor de deur. Je wordt zeer gastvrij ontvangen en de communicatie met de gastheer/gastdame is heel goed. Zo werd op de dag voor vertrek duidelijk dat het verkeer mogelijk ontregeld zou zijn door demonstraties en werden we op tijd gewaarschuwd om eerder te vertrekken naar het vliegveld. Bij aankomst kregen we een rondleiding door het huis maar mochten ook meteen deelnemen aan de buurt BBQ en werden we geïntroduceerd bij het barretje aan het begin van de straat. Iedere kamer is voorzien van een eigen badkamer dus veel privacy. Prachtig dakterras, helaas was het een beetje koud waardoor we er weinig gebruik van hebben kunnen maken.

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

I'd book this place again in a heartbeat. Moussaab was very responsive and accommodating, and always helpful. The place itself was kept clean and with all the amenities you'd need - water, towels, bed linen, tea/coffee, a stove, etc. The only thing I'd change about this place is the size of the bathrooms - they're tiny. Apart from that, it's a great place! As others have pointed out, the incline might be a challenge for some but it is just about 20 minutes away from Taksim Square, the metro, etc. Really good location if you'd like to explore the sights on both sides of Istanbul. Moussaab also had some really good recommendations for food so I'd highly suggest asking him for those. All in all, I'd look to book this place if I'm ever in Istanbul again.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Hands-down, one of the best places I’ve stayed with Airbnb. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. Perfect for a couple or you can be together but also have your own space. Huge bathroom that felt like a wine cave. And fantastic location, short walk to Galata tower, restaurants and the T1

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

L’appartement de Benny est un véritable havre de paix à deux pas de la fameuse avenue Istikal. Le logement est très bien tenu, très spacieux et correspond en tous points aux photos. Mille mercis à Benny pour son accueil et sa bienveillance! Nous recommandons!

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆
