We are the new private owners of Maui Eldorado Resort A-207, a second floor centrally air-conditioned studio spacious for two adult guests with a cozy private corner lanai that allows you to view the prestigious Royal Ka'anapali North Golf Course from inside the condo and a gorgeous Partial Ocean View outside from the lanai. We have newly painted, decorated, and supplied our home away from home in paradise. There are three pools and BBQs close to the condo. This condo is in a resort.

The owner’s spared no expense in renovating this unit making it hand’s down one of the nicest units in all of the Mahana. Wake up to the cool tropical breeze and sounds of the shoreline just 50 feet away. Floor to ceiling windows in the living area and bedroom bring the stunning views and warm Maui sun inside while central AC keeps you cool inside.

The Eldorado beach resort charges a one time $65 resort fee and $20 per day at check in. Spectacular Maui Eldorado beach resort in Ka'anapali / Whalers Village. Unit # K110 is a beautifully updated studio suite with a privacy wall that sleeps 3 comfortably. Honokowai area. Fresh & clean island vibe on the top floor, one unit away from the end. Practically hanging over the water's edge. Beautiful views of Molokai out the screened front door, as well as Lanai off the lanai. Striking floor-ceiling mirrors capture ocean views from virtually anywhere inside. Location in building catches wonderful trade winds. Listen to the sounds of the waves, just steps away & enjoy the endless sea turtle traffic right under your nose.

Hotel zoned ground floor direct ocean front condo

note: there's a deck right in front of the patio due to erosion. no one will be in front of you so privacy assured. Thank you for considering my direct ocean front studio condo in Kahana, my condo is located minutes outside of Lahaina , Kaanapali , Napili and Kapalua. This is truly an hidden gem on Maui. The view from the room is really one of a kind and it redefines what direct ocean front means. This is a ground floor unit.
