Fashionable one-bedroom apartment

This is a newly refurbished, very cozy, stylish and comfortable one-bedroom apartment in Saburtalo, with an easy access to all central areas of Tbilisi including touristic Old Town. You will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. You would love this apartment from the moment you step in. I put a lot of thinking and feelings into it. Everything is charming, modern, new and sparkling. The rooms are decorated with paintings, vintage posters from Georgian movies and the pictures of old Tbilisi. I have collected for you several albums, books and brochures with useful information about Georgia: sights to visit, museums, vine tourism guide etc. It is 53 m2 apartment located on the 12th floor of the new residential building. There is free Wi-Fi access and cable TV in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the entire apartment, except for the small balcony overlooking the street. There is one living area (25 m2) - living room and kitchen. In the open and luminous kitchen you will find all you may need for your stay; refrigerator, oven, stove and of course all the utensils. The dinning/kitchen table can receive up to 6 people. My charming and modern living room has a comfortable convertible sofa and flat screen TV. The living space is beautiful and full of light ensured by glass wall. Both, bedroom and living room have an access to the small balcony (3,5 m2). The apartment includes 1 bathroom. There is a large shower (100 x 100 cm) with a real glass shower-screen. The bathroom is equipped with hair-dryer and a centrally heated towel rail. Pekini Av, one of the central arteries of Tbilisi is just in 3-5 minutes’ walk. The apartment has a strategic location with 10-15 minutes’ drive to Tbilisi’s all central districts (Sololaki (Old Town), Mtatsminda, Vake, Vera, Agmashenebeli Av., Rusraveli Av., etc.). You can also access all these areas by metro (the station is in 5 min walk).
