Kasollet e Zanave - Medium Chalet

The medium-sized chalets are perfect for families, as well as for groups who want to spend time together in the tranquility and beauty of nature. The chalets have an area of 90 m² and are carefully designed to offer maximum comfort, with an open and bright living room, a kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. The chalets offer accommodation capacity for 4+1 people (sleeping on the sofa). Guests have a delicious breakfast included, as well as free access to the playground and animal garden.

Villa Hoti: Your Private Getaway

Villa Hoti 45 km from Prishtina, Villa Hoti is your cozy getaway in the village near Bajgora. It has 3 comfy rooms (a 4th one will be ready by June 30th), a living room, kitchen, two balconies, AC, heating, and even a wood stove for those cooler nights. Outside, enjoy a big garden full of flowers, a private pool, barbecue & grill area – perfect for relaxing with family or friends. You'll also have fresh mountain water straight from Bajgora and full privacy with your own entrance.

The villa is located within the "Makresh i Eperm" village, 10km from the city of "Gjilan" and 35km from the capital city of "Prishtine". Villa Semi is surrounded by nature, hills, trees and fresh air. The villa offers full privacy and a relaxing atmosphere away from noise pollution. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom and it can house up to five people. It possesses wifi, a smart tv, a small wood stove for heating the inside, firepit outside and outdoor dining area.

Ispred same vikendice je letnjikovac u kome su ognjište za roštilj, kotlić ili pečenje , sto za ručavanje i garnitura za opuštanje. Tokom cele godine gostima je na raspolaganju djakuzi sa toplom vodom do 38C. Od maja do oktobra gostima je na raspolaganju i bazen čiju vodu takodje grejemo.
