1930s cottage in the heart of downtown

Welcome to our sweet little house downtown, built in the early 30s. We have recently renovated the property, with new kitchen, bathroom, and heat. The house has charming details from its time, like curved ceilings and wood floors. We have tried to keep the historic value of the house, (like refinishing the cast iron kitchen sink,) but have added updates, such as a low threshold shower and custom wallpaper. There is an off-street parking spot available, which is practically unheard of downtown.

This 2 bed/1 bath duplex is in a family-friendly neighborhood within walking distance to the historic Treadwell Mine ruins. It is just steps away from the local bus stop, library, post office, and popular Island Pub and Louie's Bar. A short 5min drive takes you to downtown Juneau and a 15min drive gets you to the airport.

A renovated apartment in the center of Downtown Juneau. Built in 1916 during Juneau's mining heyday, the historic Hellenthal building has been completely renovated in 2017-2018. This 603 square foot studio features all new appliances, including front loading washer and dryer, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. The galley kitchen features porcelain tile countertops, and the large south-facing windows have a view of Gastineau Channel and the mountains of Douglas Island.
