Channel view and quiet neighborhood, less than 4 miles to downtown Juneau, overlooking Douglas Harbor and Gastineau Channel. 13 miles Eaglecrest Ski Area. 1 block Perseverance Theater, 2 blocks Treadwell Ice Rink

Our space comes with amenities ranging from free parking, WiFi and streaming services to a full kitchen, soaker tub and outdoor patio w/fire pit! This space is behind a main home on site. You will find it down the left drive way :)

Glacier's Edge Retreat

This cozy 2 bedroom stand -alone apartment is situated less than a mile from the Mendenhall Glacier. We invite you to feed the ducks from your private deck overlooking a large pond. This quiet and private spot is tucked in the woods, yet only five miles from the airport. On the deck is a propane grill, coffee/tea and breakfast foods are included, laundry facilities in apt, which means everything you need for your stay is here. This location has the best of both worlds. It is within walking distance of the historical and vibrant downtown, but also offers a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Located on Douglas Island just across the Juneau-Douglas Bridge, you will get to enjoy watching the sun rise up behind Gastineau ridge, and fall asleep to the cruise ships lighting up the channel. Douglas Island offers an amazing Sandy Beach, hiking trails, and beautiful Alaskan views from every angle.
