Finca Botanica

Welcome to Finca Botanica! This modern home, completed in 2024, is set on a 3200m² plot in Villaverde, surrounded by a unique botanical garden. The garden features a diverse collection of cacti, succulents, and other drought-tolerant plants native to the Canary Islands. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as you stroll through the garden or relax on the large terrace with a heated pool. The house combines comfort and sustainability, with solar power and water recycling systems for eco-friendly living

Atlantic view apartment (WiFi alta velocidad)

Apartamento muy luminoso, situado en el bonito y tranquilo pueblo de Tarajalejo. La vivienda se encuentra a menos d 150 metros d la playa y de su bonito paseo marítimo. A tan sólo 3km de Oasis Park y a 10 minutos de las paradisíacas playas d arena blanca. La vivienda consta de salón-comedor con aire acondicionado sofá y cocina integrada totalmente equipada, tanto para corta estancia como para larga estancia, dormitorio con almohadas y colchón de calidad, terraza soleada con bonitas vistas.

Casajable pool & garden between ocean & volcanoes

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

This glass house, with private infinity pool, aims to lessen the barrier between structure and nature. Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

Una casa rural con más de cien años de antigüedad recientemente restaurada donde se mezclan lo antiguo y lo moderno. Un sitio perfecto para descansar, conectar con la naturaleza y las las estrellas, en un cielo con certificado "star light " . La casa cuenta con telescopio profesional.
