Garden Cabin at Wildland Gardens w Sauna Access

This l9a the secret gem on property . a quaint space surrounded by shrubs and gardens. The room has a comfy queen bed and sofa futon. This space is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is cozy yearr-round with great heat and lovely AC and night sky views. The restrooms are a shared space in our converted farm silo. They are approximately 20 yards from the guesthouse. If your accommodation of choice is a hotel, this is not your spot. The guesthouse has a firepit, chairs and a picnic table.

Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

Home Base Resort #1

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a fee of 20$ Please let us know if you bring a pet

Float the Sevier river get out on our Private dock. Tubes available to rent next door @ Hoovers also Atvs you will be in the heart of the Puite Atv trail. 2 restaurant are in the Big Rock Candy Mountain canyon within walking distance. Settle in for a relaxing stay in this suite with beautiful views. You have the entire room with a gorgeous claw foot tub, spacious walk in shower, and mini fridge and coffee maker. Perfect for a small family or a girls trip. King size bed and pull out double size sofa bed. Private patio with furniture is steps away. Please note: this is a private room with its own entry through a door on the deck. There is a door connecting to front of house, but it is locked from both sides.

This rustic cabin was once located in Fishlake National Forest, now located close to 1-70 in Richfield UT. The exposed wood logs add so much charm and romance to this cabin. You definitely don't want to miss out on this unique historic experience. You are located within walking distance to several local restaurants, shops and the Bowling Alley. Entry to the cabin is by a 4 digit code that we will send you the morning of your booking.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.

The Shop On Main

Escape to a perfect small-town getaway nestled near the stunning Monroe Mountains, just off I-70. This charming property offers easy access to golfing, four wheeling, hiking, and fishing in the summer, as well as snowmobiling, snow shoeing and ice fishing in the winter. Located close to natural hot springs it's the ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Capital Reef and Fish Lake.

Union Pacific Caboose. At Big Rock Candy Mountain!

The Union Pacific Caboose was built in the 1970's and ran along the Southern Pacific Railroad for several years before it was retired. When it was sitting in the train yard it was set on fire in the 1990's. Lots of work was done to this Caboose to give it new life. This train car features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, as well as a spacious private deck overlooking the Sevier River.
