Modern Sunlit Loft with A/C in Prime Location

We loved staying here. The flat had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the Nespresso in the morning. The location is perfect. We primarily walked everywhere, but the tram would have been so easy to use from the location. There are also great restaurants within a short walk. Tim is an excellent host. We would definitely stay again.

El piso es muy chulo, ambientado con decoración industrial. Está a 1 minuto de la parada de tranvía que conecta directamente con el centro, así que es muy fácil llegar a los puntos turísticos en 20-30 minutos. Las habitaciones dan a una zona verde muy bonita. Pasa el tren, pero puedes dormir perfectamente. La casa tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar una estancia agradable. David en todo momento nos atendió por mensaje y nos recomendó algunos puntos de la ciudad. El baño está separado de la ducha, lo que siempre se agradece. Lo único "malo", y lo pongo entre comillas, es que el secador es poco potente. Si tienes el pelo largo, tendrás que tener un poco de paciencia. Sin ninguna duda, lo recomiendo mucho si vas de visita a Praga y no quieres estar en todo el bullicio. Recomiendo también el restaurante Amorcito Corazón Praha muy cerca de la casa. Todo un descubrimiento.

Radiant Apartment in the Heart of Old Town

This apartment is absolutely stunning. Very spacious, well-equipped, clean, comfortable beds. Very central, but back behind a corridor, courtyard and lobby. Once inside it’s incredibly quiet. It’s very secure as well - locked door at street, into courtyard, into building, elevator key. Walk to all of the main sights, grocery (Tesco very nice), restaurants, shops..There is a “no shoes” policy - if you aren’t comfortable barefoot on wood and tile flooring, pack your favorite cozy slippers. There’s a beautiful bench area in the entry for changing footwear and hanging coats. Jana is a great host, very pleasant and attentive. She even arranged a driver to and from train station, which was a huge help. We highly recommend this lodging!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay in Prague’s Old Town! Magnolia Residence is a beautifully refurbished property in an ideal location—close enough to explore the best of Old Town yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. It had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance to major attractions and just steps away from metro, tram, and bus stops (including FlixBus stations for longer trips). A convenience store is also just 50m away, making it easy to grab essentials. The host was very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with family (2-3 people), this apartment is a great choice. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Mila is a fantastic host. She cares about her wonderful apartment, her city and making sure that visitors enjoy both. Loved the small touches in the large apartment—the deck at sunset, outdoor blankets, fantastic coffee maker and marked up local map showing places to eat and visit.

Esperienza molto positiva.. L’appartamento era fornito di tutto. Gli ultimi due giorni ha fatto piuttosto freddo ma dentro casa non lo abbiamo proprio avertito.Palazzina di nuova costruzione con ascensore velocissimo. Non proprio centrale ma con i mezzi di trasporto frequenti , si raggiunge il centro senza problemi. Contesto molto rilassante con un area verde proprio sotto casa. Le signore alla reception simpatiche🙂 Consigliato!

Ulvi ist ein super Host Es war alles genau wie beschrieben und die Lage der Wohnung ist phänomenal. Es trat ein kleines Problem auf aber ulvi hat darauf sofort und in kürzester Zeit reagiert. Sehr gerne wieder.

Tereza's apartment was exactly like the pictures shown. It's a beautifully furnished, spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet neighbourhood. Tereza was very responsive before check-in and her friend Ondrej met me with a Czech delicious bobovka cake. There is a binder at the apartment with pages of restaurants/things to do that she recommends, both in old town as well as locally. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of attractions (Wenceslas Square, Old Town, Vysehrad) within a 20-30 minute walk or an easy tram/metro ride (the Prague public transportation is so convenient and easy to use). Don't miss Grebovka park (Havlickovy Sady) or sunsets at Riegrovy Sady! Both are easy walks through the beautiful Vinohrady neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend.

Place is very Safe , Walkable distance to centre , station and all the surrounding. Easy to move around in the city. Perfect location , Very Quite and peaceful place. Die Roman's Wohnung ist klein aber ruhig, der circa 30 Minuten von Karlsbrücke, und 5 Minuten von Penny und DM zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nacht im Hof riecht angenehm nach gebackenen Brot 😊, es ist toll! ich komme gerne wieder Elena

Andrea est vraiment charmante, attentionnée et accommodante pour l'horaire de départ. Appartement au TOP, très bien équipé et décoré avec soin, impeccable et calme. Très proche du métro d'où l'on rejoint très rapidement le centre ville. Excellent séjour chez Andrea que je recommande vivement

Super Unterkunft, Felix hat schnell und freundlich auf Fragen reagiert. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und durch die quietschende Tür hört man immer, sobald jemand das Haus betritt oder verlässt. Ich glaube, als wir da waren gab es Handwerker oderso, sollte denke ich sonst nicht so häufig vorkommen. Ansonsten aber alles super gewesen und das macht für uns keinen Stern weniger. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank!

Moc pěkné ubytování v klidné lokalitě i přesto, že jste stále v Praze, a to jen pár kroků od autobusové zástavky a lesem za zády. Veškerý komfort, který potřebujete jak pro práci, tak odpočinek. Pro odpočinek nebo pro domácí mazlíčky může člověk využít krásnou před zahrádku. Velmi vstřícní majitelé a skvělá komunikace. Byla jsem moc spokojena a ráda toto ubytování doporučím dál a ráda se vrátím.
