Bright, airy studio in the trees

Enjoy this aesthetic, architecturally designed studio apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood within walking distance of the University of Oregon and Hayward Field. The studio is above our garage and has a separate entrance up a flight of stairs. It will accommodate one person or a couple. There is also an inflatable Airbed if needed. Petite Retreat - UofO Campus Studio

Our quiet studio has everything you need for your Eugene visit. The unit comes with AC, washer/dryer, and a gorgeous outside patio. There is 1 off-street parking spot available. Our home is within walking distance (about 0.6 miles) to Hayward field and the 19th Ave neighborhood commercial area. You are close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, as well as the best ice cream & dessert places in town. If you are coming to visit the UofO college campus this is the studio for you!

Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Hayward Cottage

Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

Adorable studio bungalow near U of O Campus

Enjoy a modern stay at this centrally-located studio. The Harris Bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Oregon, historic Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, and a short bus ride or bike ride to 5th Street Public Market. With coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and so much more in the area, this is the perfect spot in Eugene. Only a few blocks from bike share and city bus stops. Wake up and pour yourself some coffee and then start your day exploring!

Bright, recently built 1 bedroom home in South University Area. Great location in close proximity to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, and easy access to restaurants, health food stores, new 2023 state of the art YMCA, walking/biking paths and the Very Little Theater. This home is well equipped including washer/dryer, A/C, smart TV with complimentary streaming channels, high speed wi-fi for those working remotely, two-car parking plus off-street parking

Hayward Field Studio

Enjoy Beautiful open space with lots of windows and access to your own private deck. Heated floors for the Eugene cold. A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Please note that there is no kitchenette, just a mini fridge, kettle and coffee :) - minimal, clean, efficient design - Location unbeatable

Emerald City Bungalow, Studio 2 Blocks to U of O

The Emerald City Bungalow is only 2 blocks from campus, but you'll find plenty of relaxation in the light filled studio & on the peaceful garden patio in the fully fenced backyard. Comfy queen sized bed, kitchenette for cooking meals or just making coffee (provided!), Wi-Fi, TV, AC & a covered bike rack in fenced backyard make this place a great find. A large modern bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower completes this cute studio apartment!
